Cherry's POV:

Uma had to take care of the Chip shop, Harry was out on errands and Gil couldn't take charge, so I was left in charge of the boat. I made sure the ship was scrubbed and they all were doing something helpful.

After last night in the chip shop, I felt better about myself. Until last night, I thought I wasn't doing a good job of fitting in. I thought I was still an outsider, even after 4 months, but they made me realise I was more important than I thought.

"Princess has dyed her hair I see?" I pulled my sword at the man behind me who scarred me. It was Harry. I nodded, "looks good, don't it?"

"It looks like a kid took a marker to your hair," he smirked. "Like I said before, very funny," how can someone think this was funny?

"What have you found?" I asked.

Harry unloaded his pocket to reveal more than 200 bucks, 3 watches, and a beautiful red leather purse. "I didn't know we had things like these on this Isle," I said and grabbed the purse. It was so beautiful. "Where did you find it?"

Harry shrugged, "in a stall, it just sat there."

"Right, and why did you take it?" I asked.

Harry smirked and sat down, "I take everything I can get my hands on. As long as it stays in the crew, you can have it."

Harry Hook brought me a present, huh? I couldn't help but let a smirk shine through, "a present?"

Harry shrugged it off, but he didn't deny it either. "What did I do to deserve this present?"

"That pretty face of yours, lass," Harry said, which made me roll my eyes. He was a flirt, nothing more. A few weeks ago I would've thought he had something for me but that theory was quickly debunked.

"Oh, shut up," Demi said and opened the floorboard to store away his findings, except the purse which I held onto until I'd be in my room. "I have to go back out, sweetcheeks," Harry said and graced my face with his hook, something he seemed to love doing. I slapped it away and rolled my eyes.

"I'm going with you," I said and followed him off the ship. "Gil, protect the ship," I ordered and jumped off the ship.

"Following, are you?" Harry laughed. "Just getting off that ship," I shrugged.

We walked around, stealing from some people until we reached a hair salon, 'curl op and dye' the sign read. Harry walked in, I decided to follow in.

Before I could even see what the inside of this place looked like, I heard Harry. "Fork it over, you runt." when I saw he was talking to a girl who looked around 13 years old or something I frowned, is this how he talks to girls that young? I know we're supposed to be evil, but I never thought about how to talk to younger people.

The girl gave the money and Harry demanded the rest, "now the rest of it." I placed my hand on his shoulder, "C'mon Harry, we can't take all the money." I said and got a dirty look from him, rude.

The girl gave the money and Harry took it, "hmm, thank you." You could barely make out what he said because he had the remaining money in his mouth.

"Still running errands for Uma, or do you get to keep what you steal?" I heard a female voice say which I immediately connected to Mal, I recognized it from interviews, but she looked different.

Harry turned to her, "Well, well, well, what a nice surprise." His voice was very low almost whispery. I glared at her, knowing everything she had done to Uma and her crew. "Hi Harry," she said, completely ignoring the fact I stood next to him.

"Please, Harry, introduce me to your friend," I glared at Mal, but she didn't spare me a second glance. "Just wait until Uma hears you're back," his voice went higher which I flinched from, but more than a flinch didn't come out of me.

I leaned against the wall by the door, I couldn't wait until we got out of that place. "She's never gonna give you back your old territory," Harry walked close to that Mal girl. "Oh, well, that's okay. Because I will be taking it."

I scoffed, " she thinks she can win against Uma?" I asked and walked closer. "Come on, girl. You're nothing here, not anymore at least." Harry wiped some of her hair to the side with his hook, "she's right, and I could hurt you."

Mal grabbed his hook and stuck the gum she was chewing to his hook, "not without her permission, I bet." I rolled my eyes and cringed when I saw Harry turning around and eating the gum.

"Gross," I muttered and walked past him when he took time to throw some stuff to the floor.

"Spit that gum out," I hit the back of his head once he came outside. "Oh, no reason to hurt me," Harry spit out the gum, "it was disgusting anyways."

"That was the infamous Mal, huh?" I couldn't help but scoff. "She thinks she's all that."

Harry chuckled, I could sense he found my reaction funny.

"Let's inform Uma about our new guest," Harry said and wrapped his hand around my shoulders which I didn't protest against.
