"Come on, Big brother! You're such a slow poke!" I said and swam off. My 6th older brother, Erin swam with me, laughing as I was determined to see the world above.
"Rae, come on, now. Father will scold us bother if he finds out we escaped." Erin said and we swam to the surface. The world above looked so amazing and the sky looked so colorful, the human lands were breathtaking by the scenery.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" Erin says and encourages me to swim with him to see it up close. We saw the castle and the people were beautiful in their colorful world.
We swam home and snuck into the palace by my bedroom window, my brother brushes my long red hair and mother came into my room. "Erin! I'm surprised to see you in here." She said and Erin faked a smile, "I possibly can't leave my sister sad, she has a life of her own." He said and our mother looked at me and then at Erin.
Five of my brothers agree with our father that he should keep me cooped up in the castle and Erin was the only who believed I should live a life of freedom. My mother slapped Erin across the face, "You took her to the surface?" She said and Erin look solemn, "I was with her! I made sure she was safe! She's almost 18, she isn't a child anymore." Erin said took me by the hand and ran away,
I felt bad for Erin that he had to put up with our parents antics. Erin and I slept below a rock and then around midnight, I heard fireworks, I swam up to the surface and saw them.
I swam up to a ship and climbed the side and saw humans dancing around, Erin was beside me and saw the humans dancing too. "I've never seen a human up close before." I said and there was a certain human, he played a musical instrument. A dog was dancing with him and he smiled so much that it lightened my heart.
