I never spoke to my mother and I saw the others planning the wedding and my father was helping Vivian with dancing.
Amala and Erin were planning the wedding, "Amala, the wedding will be in 5 days. Keep up the good work." I said and let them get back to whatever they are doing.
My father was in charge of inviting the guests and my mother requested to invite Glendale's princess and I said no, she will not be allowed in my wedding. My mother kept insisting and my answer was still the same, 5 days later, the wedding arrived and so did the guests. "Congratulations on your wedding day!" Amala said and I was already ready. I went down the stairs and into the ballroom, and I was shocked to see her and wearing white as if I want to marry her. "Congratulations, Prince Ian." She said and I walked away and waited for my bride to come downstairs.
"Look! It's the bride! Heavens, she's more beautiful than the princess of Glendale!" The gentlemen exclaimed and I saw Vivian, Erin walked her towards me and bowed. I held my beautiful bride by her hand and stood her up. "You look wonderful." I said and her smile became genuine and sweet. "Thank you, Ian." She said and my mother fumed.
The princess of Glendale smirked and decided to try to expose my bride. She splashed water on Vivian and she stood there, soaked and before I knew it, Vivian's mermaid tail was in her dress when she fell. "She's a mermaid! And so is her brother! They're blending in with us! We should kill them!" The Princess said and Amala stood in front of me, "Kill me first, if you hurt her." Amala said and I held Vivian tight in my arms, "Give me the rings! I'm saying my vows right now!" I said and I looked at Vivian.
"Vivian, I, Prince Ian, vow to take Princess Vivian Rae as my wife, forever as I live." I said and Vivian smiled as I placed the ring on her finger. "I, Princess Vivian Rae, take you, Prince Ian as my husband forever as I live, mermaid or human, I'll remain the girl in his eyes." She said and I kissed her. Everyone cheered and Vivian's mermaid tail turned into legs, although her dress was damp.
Vivian stood to her feet and I took my first wedding dance with her, my mother and the princess of Glendale were ashamed and my father removed them, mother became a villager as the price for never sticking up for her son. The princess of Glendale was banished or rather exiled from her own home.
