We went to the hunting grounds and my father and mother were already there. Vivian and Erin bowed before my parents, "Get up, no need for formalities." Father said and both of the princess and prince of the sea got up.

"I'm Princess Vivian Rae and this is my brother Erin, he lost his voice recently." Vivian said and my father smiled, "What happened that you were washed up at our castle?" Father asked and Erin took a pen and paper and wrote that they were shipwrecked and the ship was lost out at sea.

Vivian, Erin and I decided to stick together during the hunt, Vivian used archery to hunt down a rabbit. I didn't know that she had those skills before. My mother was skeptical about Vivian, "A lady doesn't do archery or any form of swordsmanship ship. It's against etiquette as a young lady." My mother said and my father was curious to know Vivian's reasoning, "Your majesty's, I learned these things from my brother. He doesn't want me to be a damsel in distress all the time, I have to fight my own battles too. More importantly, I learn the morals of my fighting skills." She said and mother grew envious.

The next morning, we went hunting and then two assassins came, Erin and I, along with Vivian made a run for it. She used her archery skills again to take down the assassins, one of them at least. "What'll we do now?" Vivian asked and Erin looked at the cliff, "We jump on 3! 1..2..3!" I said and I held Vivian as Erin and I jumped off the cliff. She was safe, but Erin and I were gravely injured.

Vivian took us to a cave and made a fire, she tore a hem of her tunic off and used water to clean the wounds off, and then she tore her cloak in halves so that she can bandage me and her brother up. She fell asleep against the wall and up right too, I woke up and felt a sharp pain, seeing my cloak used to keep me warm.

I pulled Vivian towards me and she slept alright for now, everyone was already looking for us and Erin stayed with us too. Vivian wasn't injured, which was a good thing, but she saved me and her brother. We were soon found by my eldest cousin, Amala.
