As time passed, Minji grew closer to the other members of BTS. They would often hang out together, share meals, and support each other through thick and thin. Minji felt grateful to have found such a loving and caring family.Especially with Jungkook, Minji found herself feeling a strong bond. They would often talk about their shared passions, like music and art, and Minji admired Jungkook's kind heart and creative energy.
The two of them would sometimes stay up late, chatting about their dreams and aspirations, and Minji felt like she could be her true self around Jungkook. He listened attentively, offered words of encouragement, and made her laugh with his silly jokes.
As they spent more time together, Minji realized that Jungkook was becoming one of her closest friends in the group. She cherished their friendship and looked forward to seeing him every day.
One day, while they were rehearsing for an upcoming performance, Jungkook approached Minji with a concerned look on his face.
"Hey, Minji, can I talk to you for a minute?" he asked, his voice low and gentle.
Minji nodded, wondering what was on his mind. "Of course, Jungkook. What's up?"
Jungkook hesitated for a moment before speaking. "I just wanted to make sure you're doing okay. You've been working so hard lately, and I don't want you to burn out."
Minji smiled, touched by his concern. "I'm fine, Jungkook. Thanks for looking out for me, though."
Jungkook smiled back, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Anytime, Minji. We're in this together, remember?"
Minji nodded, feeling a warmth in her heart. She appreciated Jungkook's kindness and support, and she knew that she could always count on him.
As they went back to rehearsal, Minji couldn't help but notice the way Jungkook's eyes sparkled when he smiled, or the way his hair curled slightly at the nape of his neck. She pushed the thoughts aside, focusing on the task at hand, but she couldn't shake off the feeling that her friendship with Jungkook was blossoming into something more.
As the days went by, Minji found herself looking forward to Jungkook's smiles and kind words more and more. She loved the way he made her laugh, the way he challenged her to be her best self, and the way he always knew how to make her feel better when she was down.
One evening, as they were walking back to the dorm, Jungkook turned to Minji and asked, "Hey, want to grab some dinner with me? Just the two of us? I heard about this new ramen place that's supposed to be amazing."
Minji's heart skipped a beat. No one had ever asked her out on a solo dinner date before, and she couldn't help but wonder if Jungkook was interested in her romantically. But she pushed the thought aside, thinking maybe he just wanted to hang out as friends.
"Sure," she said, trying to sound casual. "I'd love to try it out."
As they sat down at the ramen place, Minji couldn't help but notice the way Jungkook's eyes sparkled when he talked about his favorite foods. They chatted about everything from music to their childhood memories, their conversation flowing easily.
At one point, Jungkook reached out and brushed a strand of hair behind Minji's ear, his touch sending a slight flutter in her chest. But it was a gentle, friendly gesture, and Minji didn't think much of it.
As they finished their dinner and walked out of the restaurant, Jungkook suggested, "Hey, want to grab some dessert back at the dorm? I heard Jimin bought some new ice cream flavors."
Minji agreed, and they walked back to the dorm together, chatting about their favorite ice cream flavors. When they arrived, they found Jimin, J-Hope, and V lounging in the living room, and they all ended up having a fun ice cream party together.
