Minji's eyes blazed with anger as she followed Jungkook, her voice rising to a shout. "How can you be so heartless, Jungkook? Don't you care about me at all?"

Jungkook spun around, his face twisted in frustration. "Shut up, Minji! Just shut up!"

But Minji wouldn't back down. "No, I won't shut up! I won't be ignored!"

Jungkook's anger boiled over, and with a swift, cruel motion, he slapped Minji across the face. The sound echoed through the room, leaving a stunned silence in its wake.

Minji's eyes widened in shock, her cheek burning from the impact. She stumbled backward, tears streaming down her face.

Jungkook's chest heaved with ragged breathing, his eyes filled with a mixture of anger and remorse. "Minji, I...I'm sorry," he stammered.

But Minji just shook her head, her voice barely above a whisper. "Get away from me, Jungkook. Just get away."

And with that, she turned and ran, leaving Jungkook standing alone, his heart heavy with regret and his conscience screaming in anguish.

Jungkook stood frozen, his mind reeling with the consequences of his actions. He had never hit Minji before, and the shock of what he had done was slowly sinking in.

He took a step forward, his hand outstretched. "Minji, please...forgive me."

But Minji was already gone, vanished into the darkness of their apartment.

Jungkook's heart sank, and he knew he had to make things right. He followed Minji, his footsteps quiet on the floor.

He found her in their bedroom, curled up on the bed, her body shaking with sobs.

"Minji, I'm so sorry," Jungkook whispered, his voice cracking with emotion. "I was wrong to hit you. I love you, and I promise it will never happen again."

Minji looked up, her eyes red and puffy. "Get out, Jungkook. Just leave me alone."

Jungkook hesitated, but he knew he had to give her space. He turned and walked away, feeling like he was losing the love of his life...

The days that followed were dark and difficult. Jungkook and Minji barely spoke, and when they did, the tension between them was palpable.

Jungkook knew he had to make things right, but he didn't know where to start. He felt like he was losing himself, like his anger and frustration were consuming him.

And Minji...Minji felt like she was losing her sense of self. She felt like she was walking on eggshells around Jungkook, never knowing when he would lash out again.

Their love was crumbling, and they both knew it. But they didn't know how to stop it.

Minji was exhausted, emotionally drained from the constant tension between her and Jungkook. She yearned for comfort, for a sense of security and peace. But she couldn't bring herself to go to Jungkook, not after what he had done.

So, she found herself standing outside the door of the room where Suga and J-hope slept. She hesitated for a moment, wondering if she should intrude, but her need for comfort won out.

She quietly opened the door and slipped inside. Suga and J-hope were fast asleep, but they stirred as Minji approached.

"Minji, what's wrong?" Suga asked, his voice groggy with sleep.

Minji shook her head, tears welling up in her eyes. "I just need...I need someone to hold me," she whispered.

J-hope immediately sat up and opened his arms. "Come here, Minji. We're here for you."
