Adrien sat, comfortable in his bed, listening to the rain hitting his window. A thought came to his mind.

"Plagg, I have a feeling now that Marinette is more than just a friend to me.

"Finally, blind boy opened his eyes." Plagg said, quietly eating his cambembert.

"Oh haha. Very funny plagg." Adrien said, rolling his eyes.

"I mean, she has liked you for the past four years-"

"She likes me!?" Adrien said, wide eyed.

"This is exactly why for now on I'm calling you blind boy." Plagg said, hovering in front of adriens face.

Marinette pov:

"Tikki, haven't you ever fallen in love with somebody you least expect? And then you lose interest in your other crush?" Marinette asked.

Tikki thought about Plagg the second she heard it.

"Well, us kwamis aren't very... well, we don't exactly fall in love, but like me and plagg; we are each other's other half.. just like how history made all ladybug and chat noirs fall in love!" Tikki said, using hand motions as she spoke.

"Wait, so that means me and chat are just destined to be together?"

"Well, yes, and no. You both are supposed to be in a positive relationship, and in history, well ladybug and chat noir just always ended up together romantically. "

Marinette thought about that for a moment. Ok, so I'm not supposed to be with Adrien. I'm supposed to be with chat? It's not a bad thing, I love him.. romantically now. Marinette thought.

"Ok, so I'm basically not really allowed to be with anyone except kitty?" Marinette cringed at the nickname she gave chat noir, but it fit him.

"This is getting complicated. You need to go to sleep Marinette! Tomorrow is Saturday, you have patrol!"

"Oh shit, that's right...... ok tikki!" Marinette said, walking to the bathroom and changing into her pj's.

Marinette walked to her bed and slowly and peacefully fell asleep. Little did she know, chat wouldn't be half awake since he didn't get sleep due to thinking about her.

"Ughh.." Marinette groaned as she turned off the alarm on her phone.

"Marinette! Time for morning patrol!" Tikki said, excited.

Morning patrol was peaceful for Marinette, the sunrise was still usually there, Beautiful as ever. Marinette liked morning patrols, cause it was only her and paris. And she wasn't a morning person, so that helped that chat wasn't following behind, cracking puns all day. But they did have patrol together every night.

"Alright, Paris is still peaceful!" Ladybug said, standing on the eiffel tower.
