☆sleepovers and pillows part 2☆

After watching the movie, all of the teens were extremely exhausted. But, the sleeping situation was complicated. There was the couch, the floor, and alyas room. She had a twin size bed, and the couch was extremely small for a big house. So they just decided, screw it.

"Ok, Adrien, Marinette where will you guys sleep? Me and alya are sleeping in her room, we can make it work. But there's only the couch. You guys mind sleeping with each other?" Nino asked, raising an eyebrow.

Marinette and Adrien stared at each other, wide eyed and blushing. Then they both turned they're head the other way, and yes, they were blushing a bright red, and wide eyed.

"Ummm, we will head to bed now. We're tired, we'll let you guys figure it out." Alya said, walking with Nino to her room.

"Uhm, you can have the couch, I'll sleep on the floor." Marinette said, scrambling to get pillows and blankets, somehow, there was one pillow left. And one blanket.

"Actually there is one pillow and one blanket u-uh we w-"
Marinette was quickly cut off by adrien: "we uhm.. h-have t-to share?" Adrien was now a scarlet shade of red, looking away from Marinette.

"I-I mean I c-can ask A-alya to see if there a-are any more-"

"It's fine, um.. we shouldn't interupt they're sleep, it's fine, um... I don't mind sharing the couch with you, it w-would just be a l-little tight, knowing the couch is small..." Adrien trailed off, wandering if Marinette would allow this.

"Ok." Marinette said softly, sitting on the couch next to Adrien.

Surely nothing would go wrong.. right?

As Marinette and Adrien both got comfortable, they both dosed off into sleep. Marinettes sleep wasn't pleasing however.

"Little kitty on a roof, sitting without his lady- oh m'lady! I'm so glad your here! And we can play fun games and- you can give me your miraculous!" Chat blanc said, reaching for ladybugs earrings.

"Chat noir! What has gotten into you? Where is your akuma? Please let me help you." Marinette said, wiping a tear of his cheek and looking for the akumitised object.

"It's not chat noir anymore. It's chat blanc now, and I'll destroy you, me, everybody!!!" Chat blanc said, flicking a white cataclysm at ladybug.

Ladybug quickly jumped off the roof and dodged the cataclysm.

"What a shame your running away, MARINETTE!"

"Huh? I didnt tell you, i didnt tell anybody-" Ladybug said looking back.

She had landed on a peice of concrete and chat blanc did the same.

"You know what's funny? ITS OUR LOVE THAT DID THIS TO THE WORLD MARINETTE!"

Marinette jerked awake, breathing heavily and her hands on her temples.

It's our love that did this to the world Marinette!

Those were the only words that rang in her head repeatedly. She started crying, and got up to the bathroom. She closed and locked the door, and quickly splashed cold water on her face.

"No! This is wrong! Why do I keep having these nightmares?" Marinette sobbed.

And this was the reason ladybug could never love chat noir. She couldn't without him knowing her identity, and then chat blanc happening. A small crush is the only thing she could manage.

"Marinette?"

Marinette choked out a sob, "y-yes?" She managed to say shakily.

"A-are you ok?" Adrien asked.

"N-no, I can't sleep." Marinette said between sobs.

"Unlock the door so I can help, please" Adrien asked, hearing Marinette shuffle to open the door.

She was a mess. Her hair was down, her eyes were puffy and red with tears leaking from them. She was biting her lip and shaking due to it being cold in alyas house.

"Oh, Marinette, come 'ere." Adrien said softly, opening his arms.

Marinette crashed into his arms and started sobbing again. He tightened his grip around her, letting her head sit in the crook of his neck. He let his fingers thread through her hair and set his chin on the top of her head.

"Talk about it when your ready." Adrien whispered.

"I-i can't i-it will ruin our friendship.." Marinette replied, shakily breathing and choking a sob.

"I promise nothing will ruin our friendship. What is it?"

"I-i-i.. chat.." Marinette whispered, the words still ringing in her head.

Adriens eyes widened. He glanced down at his ring.

"What happened? You can tell me anything."

Marinette fiddles with her fingers and traced the cat ring chat noir gave her.

"I-i had a dream- n-no nightmare, o-of chat noir.." Marinette started.

Adrien patted her back lightly to show she could say what she needed to.

"H-he was a-akumitised... and he was a-all white... and he wasn't himself.. I tried t-to save him.." Marinette said, gripping adriens shirt tightly.

"And how would that ruin our friendship?"

"I.. I love him adrien... he has been visiting me recently. I-i had the biggest crush on you for the longest time.. when he started visiting, i-i fell for him. I still don't know how I have a crush on the both of you but i.. I love chat noir."

Adrien kissed her cheek. And caressed it softly.

"I still don't see why that would ruin our friendship."
