As chat made his way to Marinettes, he saw her leaning against the railing of her balcony, saying something.. but he didn't know what. He was behind her on the balcony now, but she hadn't noticed.
"Marinette?" Chat asked softly.
"Ah! Chat noir!? You scared me!"
"I did? Sorry, how are you?" Chat asked, sitting like Marinette was, but on the ground.
"Good, and you?" Marinette asked softly.
"Oh.." Chat didn't want to ruin her good day with the whole arranged marriage thing, so all he said was:
"It was.. g-good." Chat said wanting to spill everything like he did to ladybug, but he felt better now, so he didnt.
They both climbed into marinettes room, sitting on her bed.
Mari pov:
"It was.. g-good."
A lie. Marinette thought.
"O-ok. Uhm, would you like some pastries? I have some macaroons and cheese filled croissants left, they are still warm." Mari said, gesturing to the tray sitting on her desk.
"Oh my gosh! Yes please!" Chat said, scurrying over to the sweet treats waiting for him.
"Oh um... do you mind if I use your bathroom and feed my kwami? So I can stay longer?" Chat asked, holding a cheese filled croissant.
"Of course." Mari said, fidgeting with her hair.
"Thanks."
Marinette watched Chat go into her bathroom, and he closed and locked the door.
"Claws in."
Adrien/chat pov:
"Claws in."
Plagg flew out of adriens ring, yawning.
"My cheese. NOW. Plagg said, motioning to the cheese croissant.
"Fine." Adrien said, throwing the croissant at plagg, plagg catching it in response eating it.
"Ok, you're fine now, pig. Plagg! Claws out!" Adrien said, being covered with familiar leather with a blink of an eye.
Chat slowly unlocks and opens the door.
"My kwami is such a pig, he ate the whole thing!" Chat said, chuckling.
Marinette chuckled too, but started laughing a little to hard.
"Ngfgh, hahahhaa!! Nononono! Hahaha! No! I'm gonna wet myself, NO!!"
"Why are you laughing so hard? It wasn't even that funny." Chat said, still chuckling.
Marinette stopped. "No it wasn't, but it reminded me of when I made alya brownies, and she ate all of it!" Marinette said, patting chats head.
He purred.
"Waiiiittt. You can purr?" Marinette said smirking.
"Uhm noooo.. that feels good." Chat said, getting interrupted by Marinette scratching behind his cat ears, purring.
"Ohhh, so you can purr. I'll write that down"
"Fine, I guess I can purr. But only you can know this." Chat said, poking Marinette on the shoulder.
