It's almost been a year since all that weird crazy shit! I don't think I've been happier. Me, & Derek are STILL going strong. And I've made a lot of friends, my best-friend being Angel Harris. The musical a few months ago was GREAT! I mean I loved it-.
Oh, & I got a job at the WSQK radio station with Piper Locke. It pays shit but I love the experience. Piper actually sees something in me. I'm a 16-year-old junior & I have to prepare for my future which is... scary! I don't know how to drive yet & that fear of not going anywhere in life is horrible...
Me, & Nancy are doing a project for Physics... which is the WORST class ever! I almost barley pass any of my science classes. We have to make a poster on a FAMOUS scientist... like why do we even need to know any of that shit? I don't want to be a scientist or doctor- I wanna be an actress or singer!
"Ok so I think we're done!" I commented as I put the finishing touches on the poster.
Nancy nodded. "Definitely! Let's take it to my room..."
"So, are you & Steve going on any dates soon?" I asked.
We walked up the stairs. "No but we're going to see Barb's parent's tomorrow night..."
"Oh nice... well me, & Derek have nothing going on- we're doing some Halloween stuff like watch a drive-in movie & couple's costume."
Nancy smiled. "Cute... who are you two dressing as?"
"Han Solo & Princess Leia- the costume was so hard to make but my friend who lives in Loch Nora helped make it for me... I don't know what I'd do without her."
We entered Nancy's room where Mike is looking in her piggybank- "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" Nancy yelled!
"I'll pay you back!" He yelled as he took her coins! "Bye!"
He ran past us & down the stairs! I dropped the poster & followed Nancy as we ran after him! "Mike get back here!" Nancy yelled as we pursued him through the kitchen!
"Hey, no running through the house!" Mr. Wheeler yelled.
Mrs. Wheeler looked at us! "What is going on?!" She asked.
We ran through the living room & out the back door where Mike grabbed his bike & began riding away! "Asshole!" Nancy yelled as we stood there.
I started to laugh. "Well, that was- interesting."
