~ "So, I was thinking, right?" Suna began as he paused the movie he and his girlfriend were watching.

She shifted her body towards him, "Right."

"How would you like to have a beautiful valentine's day with your boyfriend who loves and adores you?"

A small laughter escaped her lips, "Well, that depends. Do you know what you wanna do?"

"Y/N, you do know that surprises are a thing, right?"

"Okay smart mouth, what should I wear?"

"Something nice and pretty. And I need you to be at my place by 6pm sharp. If you're late, I'm canceling everything."

She laughed again and nodded, "Alright. Sounds good then."

Suna was excited for valentine's day this year.

Not only is it his first time with an actual valentine that he gets to spoil,

But that would be the day he finds out if Y/N got into the art school he applied her for.

And to him, it's obvious that she was accepted.

She was scouted and she's extremely talented.

The school would be stupid not to accept her.

Y/N unpaused the movie and her eyes were now stuck on the tv.

Suna, who was still looking at her, gave her leg a small squeeze, "So, what did you end up doing with the folder from the art school?"

"I threw it away." She replied, her eyes still stuck on the screen, "My mind was already made up."

"You really don't wanna give it a chance?"

"No. And it doesn't matter anymore, it's gone. Why do you care so much?"

"Um, because I'm your boyfriend? And this school seemed like a good opportunity for you to-"

"It's gone and the deadline for application submissions probably passed already so who cares. Can we just drop it?"

"Okay. Sorry."

He was getting really curious as to why she was so against this school and everything about it.

Was there something bad about it that she wasn't telling him?

Did she really not want to pursue her passion?

"Oh by the way," She started, "I was thinking about talking to my teachers into putting me in a lower class next year."

"Huh? Why would you do that?"

"I thought maybe they'd put me in the same class as you. Wouldn't that be fun? Being in the same class our final year of highschool?"

Suna kissed the top of her head, "Absolutely. Do you really think they'd let you? You're like way smarter than me."

Y/N shrugged, "Doesn't hurt to try. Besides, what's good in being smart if I can't share it with my boyfriend?"

"I guess."

The conversation ended and they continued their movie.

Although Suna still couldn't shake off the fact that she was hiding something from him, he let it go for tonight.

He didn't want to keep pestering her with questions about a topic that was clearly bothersome to her.

And lord knows he's made her mad enough lately so doing it again doesn't seem like a smart idea.

Once the movie finished, she sat up, stretching a bit, "That was stupid. What even was the plot?"

"I actually have no idea. You're right, that was really stupid. Who picked this?"

"Um, you did."

"Oh. I apologize then. We'll never get those 2 hours back. Maybe we actually should've just gone out for dinner."

She stretched a bit more, "Well, are you hungry? Should we still get dinner?"

"Actually, I'm starving so, yes. We should absolutely get dinner."

She laughed as they stood up, him immediately holding onto her hand as he lead the way out of the house and onto wherever they decided to eat tonight.
