Day 3 of internships
We ended up taking a trip to Hosu city as Endeavor was set to find the Hero killer. We were patrolling for awhile until we noticed that the city was up in flames and nomus had appeared. It was complete and utter chaos. Endeavor had rushed off to fight the nomu.
"I was looking for the hero killer, but this thing will have to do." Endeavor said as he shot flames to the nomu. Shoto and I decided to stand by as we weren't told to engage. We were just watching when Shotos phone notified he got a message. He takes his phone out and looks confused.
"What is it?"
"Midoriya, he just sent me his location. Nothing else."
"Should we go? He could be in danger."
"Yea let's hurry. You think you could give me a lift?" I nod. I grab his hands and take to the sky.
"Where are you going?!" Endeavor asks.
"We are going to an alleyway at 4210 Echo street. If you finish what you're doing head over or if you see any extra pros, send them there." With that, we head off. After about 5 minutes we make it to an alleyway. We land and start searching for Midoriya. Shoto notifies me that he found him. We start rushing down the alleyway and see the hero killer about to kill Iida. What's he doing here?! Shoto and I immediately shoot fire towards the villain, but Stain jumps back to dodge.
"Midoriya, you need to give more details in times like this. We were almost too late to stop this guy."
"Your message took me a while to figure out, next time make sure to send more than just your specific location. But you're not one to send cryptic messages without reason." His ice covers the ground and gets them out of the way.
"I figured you were in trouble and needed help. Everything's okay, the pros will be here any minute." Shoto starts aiming more fire and ice at Stain. I quickly check up on the injured pro, Iida and Midoriya.
"Todoroki you can't let him get your blood! I think he controls his enemies by swallowing it, that's how he got us." Interesting, he has to ingest his victims blood in order to paralyze them.
"So he needs blood to keep people from moving, that explains the blades. All I have to do is keep my distance." Stain throws a blade and cuts Shoto on the cheek.
"Sho are you ok?!"
"Yea I'm fine." Stain goes to attack Shoto with another blade but he dodged it with a wall of ice. While Sho was distracted by the knife in the air above him, Stain grabbed him and tried to lick the blood off his cheek which Shoto shot out fire to get him off. Shoto starts using more ice to keep the distance between him and Stain, while I stay put with those who are injured. Fuck I need to help Shoto. Iida goes on to explain that we didn't need to help him because he chose to fight Stain in order to avenge his brother.
"You're Ingenium now? Strange. The Ingenium I knew before never had that look on his face, you have a dark side, guess my family isn't the only one." Stain throws two knifes at Shoto which plunge into his arm.
"Shit Sho! You okay?" Midoriya gets up and intervenes before Stain can further injure the pro hero 'Native'.
"I'm not sure why but I'm able to move now!"
"Guys his quirk must have something to do with the amount of people or blood type. Since Midoriya was last to get hurt I'll stick with the ladder." With Midoriya's back turned, Shoto sends ice towards Stain. That's it I'm jumping in.
"So you figured it out, very impressive. Bravo."
"Sho! You support from behind. Midoriya you help me with Stain!"
