Confused Feelings

Chapter 5

Sunghoon POV

Me and Y/n are both waiting outside. It was quiet. Ever since she went on that date with Jake, I just couldnt be around her. I felt like I would lash out on her but I didn't understand why.

Y/n made small conversation but I gave her short answer. Then she shocked me. she grabbed my face and turned my head towards her face. Now we are making eye contact.

Y/n: it's me you're talking to...

I couldn't stop staring at her eyes. My eyes were always so memorizing. They're light brown like her mother's. It's like getting lost in the forest but I snapped out. I grab her hands and slightly pushed her away. Then she almost tripped and I grab her hand and pulled her close. For some reason I didn't want to let her go. We stayed like his for a while until we heard someone spoke. I push her away to see Wongyoung and Jake.

Sunghoon; there's nothing going on! Y/n tripped and fell and I caught her. I promise!

They both stayed there for a couple of seconds until they went to Y/n comforting her. I looked at my hand and there was her presence still there.

Wongyoung; Sunghoon didn't hurt you right?!

Y/n: he didn't I promise.

Wongyoung: i hoped you didn't get injured

Y/n: I'm fine

Sunghoon: I was the one who caught her

Wongyoung: you should be more careful Sunghoon!

Sunghoon: hey! I could've fell too, she was heavy!

She smack my head

Wongyoung; that wasn't nice!

Sunghoon; clearly she should be more careful, she is so clumsy. I always got to be there to save her butt

Wongyoung: she's like your little sister! You're always going to be there!

"Little sister..huh?"

Wongyoung; a big brother like you should always care for his sister

Sunghoon; just because we grew up together doesn't mean she's like a sister to me

She sighed

Sunghoon: hey you shouldn't be talking! You always bully your brother

Wongyoung: that's because he's my brother

Sunghoon; I see how it is

She laughed

Y:n: hey guys

We both turn our head towards her

Y/n: we should go on a double date

Wongyoung ran to her with excitement

Wongyoung: omg did you guys make it official?!

She look at Jake and grab his hand.

Y/n: we did!

My hand curled into a fist

Wongyoung: omg I'm so happy for you guys! I'm down to go on that double date! Right Sunghoon?

I turned my head

Sunghoon: I guess it will be fun...

Wongyoung hugs me with joy

We walked each other home and it's just me and Y/n.

We were walking in silent when I spoke.

Sunghoon: you and Jake?

Y/n: yeah

Sunghoon: what makes you choose him?

Y/n: well he's kind, smart, and treats me well. He's the first guy to ever showed interest in me.

As we made it to our house I spoke

Sunghoon: what if I showed interest in you? Would you change your mind?

She looked back at me and we stared at each other for a couple of seconds. I smack her head

Sunghoon; haha I was just joking. Like ever I would be interested in you. We are practically brother and sister.

Y/n: haha yeah

Sunghoon: well good night

I went inside the house and straight to my room. My heart racing .

Sunghoon: why did I say that? What is going on with me? Why have I became so annoyed with her.

I look at my hand. Wanting to hold her but I snapped out.

Sunghoon; I'm probably just sick. That's all.

I went to bed that night
