Chapter 11

Y/n POV

Eunchae: I'm so sorry! I didn't know he was gonna be there

Y/n: it's okay I promise

Eunchae: are you alright? You've been out of it?

Y/n: yeah...I'm fine...

Eunchae: y/n, I know you. You don't have to lie

Y/n: *sigh*

I took a deep breath

Y/n: my dad got a new job but it's in Seoul

Eunchae: in Seoul? But that's so far?!

Y/n: I know but it's good for us. We get to start a new life. I will miss you

My eyes start to tear up

Y/n: but I don't want to leave everyone here... I don't want to start over

My tears starts to fall. Eunchae pulls me into a hug.

Eunchae: when are you moving ?

Y/n: the end of this week...

Eunchae: Alr! At the end of this week, we are having a going away party for you!

I smiled at her.

A day before I left, a party was thrown for me.

Y/n; thank you so much for this Eunchae. I will miss you dearly. 

Eunchae: everyone will miss you

Everyone was having fun. I decided to go outside to get some air. I was sitting outside when Sunghoon came and sat next to me

Sunghoon: hey

Y/n: hey

Sunghoon: so your moving tomorrow huh?

Y/n: yeah

Sunghoon: I'll miss your annoying ass

Y/n: haha, I guess I'll miss you too

We both laugh

Sunghoon: It's not gonna be the same without you here

Y/n: yeah

I felt a little sad.

Y/n: hey..

Sunghoon: hm?

Y/n: before I leave... I wanted to tell you something

Sunghoon: yeah?

Oh shit. This is the time. I have to tell him before it's too late. I took a deep breath

Y/n: I just wanted to tell- well as you can see- um-

Sunghoon: are you okay??

Y/n: Sunghoon! I've had a crush on you for a long time and I didn't know how to tell you and-and I wanted to tell you now before I leave and if you don't feel the same it's okay

It went silent

Sunghoon: I-

Y/n: I already know your answer- I just needed to let that out! Haha. I already knew you only see me as a friend. But it felt good letting that out. Imma head back inside

I went back inside. My heart beating so fast

Y/n: omg omg I did it Eunchae

Eunchae: what did you do?

Y/n: I confessed my feelings to Sunghoon

Eunchae: what?? What did he say??

Y/n: I didn't need answer. I already knew. I just needed to lift that weight off my chest before I move away.
