Confused Feelings

Chapter 10

Y/n POV

My eyes widen. Sunghoon walks in. Our eyes met. I quickly look away and I glare at Eunchae but she pretended she didn't meet my eyes.

Y/n: *whisper* why is he here?

Eunchae: *whisper* like I said, I didn't know

I signed in annoyance. Everyone got seated. Beomgyu sat next to me. Jake sat next to Eunchae. Felix sat next to Chica. Sunghoon sat next to Chaewon. Everyone was having fun. Beomgyu wasn't a bad guy to talk to. He was nice and very funny, but I kept feeling eyes were on me.

Beomgyu: so y/n, I heard you took some singing lesson. Let's hear you sing!

Y/n: haha ur kidding. I can't sing I promise.

Beomgyu: oh come on~

He grabs my hand and try to put the mic in my hands

Y/n: I assure you I-

Then the mic suddenly disappears. We both look up and it was Sunghoon.

Sunghoon; I'll sing

Beomgyu: ouuu! Let's hear it from Prince Charming

He sung the song

When he was done singing. Everyone was silent. We were all stun. Even I was. I knew he was a good singer but I didn't expect this. Then we all started to clap.

Jake: WHAO! I'm surprise! Even I would fall for you

Sunghoon: ha ha

He sat back down next to Chaewon. She grab his arm

Chaewon: you were so great. Your voice is so amazing

He smiles and thanked her. I felt little jealousy

Beomgyu: mine turn!

Beomgyu grabs the mic and sing a song.

When Beomgyu was done. We all clapped. He sat back down next to me

Y/n: wow you were great!

Beomgyu: haha thanks!

Y/n: you should consider becoming an idol

Beomgyu: ouu I want too! It seems so fun

Y/n: haha

When it ended we all met outside after.

Beomgyu: hey let's trade numbers. We should hangout sometimes

Y/n: oh yeah I'm down

We trade numbers and he said his goodbyes.

Chaewon: oh come on let's trade numbers! I would like to get to know you

Sunghoon: not interested.

Chaewon: Sunghoon please

She cling onto his arm

"Why can't you get the hint that he's not interested?!"

He looked me staring and I quickly look away.

Sunghoon; okay fine

They exchange numbers and she walked away happily.

"Ugh!"

Eunchae: well Y/n it was fun. I'm glad you came

Y/n: thanks for the invite

Eunchae: I'll see you tomorrow

She left and then one bye one everyone started to leave and it was just me and Sunghoon. I turn and started to walk while Sunghoon was behind me. Geez this is so awkward. We haven't spoke in 2 weeks. Ugh I want to talk to him but I just can't bring myself to. I want things to go back. I don't like that we aren't talking. I miss us. I miss him. I just I-

Sunghoon: y/n!

I got pulled back as soon as car has passed. He held my shoulder looked at me

Sunghoon: are you okay?

I was stunned.

Sunghoon: watch where you were going! You could've got hit by a car. Thank god I was here. You could've died-

His voice. I haven't heard it in a long time.

Sunghoon: say something

My heart aching. Why does it hurt so much.

I started to cry.

Sunghoon: huh?? What is wrong?! Did I do something?! H-hey why are you crying?

He hugged me as I cried into his shirt.

Sunghoon: I'm sorry...

Few minutes later.

We were at the park. He came back with drinks and gave me one.

Y/n: this is good

Sunghoon: hey are you alright

Y/n: yeah I'm fine.

It went silent until I spoke

Y/n: hey,

Sunghoon: hm?

Y/n: why did you kiss me?

Sunghoon looked at me and blushed.

Y/n: why? I'm so confused on why you did that. Do you have feelings for me?

Sunghoon open his mouth but closed them.

Y/n: answer me

Sunghoon sighed

Sunghoon; I was drunk and I thought you were Wongyoung..

Ouch. That hurt.

Y/n: oh so it was a misunderstanding

Sunghoon; haha yeah-

Y/n: well at least now I know you don't have feelings for me because that would be very awkward.

Sunghoon: right

Y/n: imagine us being a couple? Ha! It would never work

Sunghoon: Y/n I-

Y/n: we should go, our parents must be very worried

Sunghoon: yeah...

My tears was flooding my eyes but I held it in.

It was quiet again walking back home. As we made it back, we went into house home quietly.

Y/n: I'm home father

Dad: hey I got some news

Y/n: yeah?

Dad: so I got a new job!

Y/n: omg really! I'm so happy for you

Dad: but the new job is all the way in Seoul

Y/n: Seoul?! B-but that's so far

Dad: I know honey. But it'll be good for us.

Y/n: my friends...my classmates....my teachers....sunghoon and his family

Dad: I know. It will be sad for us but we need to move on. I will miss the people here to but this job and new area will change our lives.

Y/n: *sigh* yeah... when are we moving?

Dad: by the end of the week

Y/n: I understand
