"Whoever Jason is, I hope he watches out."

----

I was super happy to meet Lynx, Sirius, Orion and Leila again.

Honestly, if I could keep it up and just brush over these voices, I'd be golden. But can I keep it up?

These voices have been yelling in my head the whole summer. THE WHOLE SUMMER. Odds are, they're gonna be here a lot while longer.

Think positive, Hermione, think positive! I told myself.

"Hermione?" Asked Ginny, noticing I had been staring at my bag blankly for the past 12 minutes.

"Uh, yeah?" I finally blinked, looking back up at her.

"You haven't started unpacking yet, something bothering you?" She asked, sitting down next to me. She was already done unpacking, already at home. I was procrastinating. Not very me of me, yes.

"No. Not at all." I smiled, lying to her wasn't something I'd usually do, because Ginny was like an all-seeing all-knowing person. She could pry out the truth with ease. She raised an eyebrow, clearly knowing something was up with me, but she surprisingly didn't push the conversation. Either I'm a genius and tricked her, or she noticed my unease. I'd say it's the latter.

"Alright." Nodded Ginny.

"Can you help?" I asked, trying to switch the topic.

"Sure." She smiled.

----

"I assume you all can apparate?" Asked Leila, turning back to us.

We nodded in unison.

"Hang on, you guys have your licenses, right?" Asked Lynx, with a mistrusting gaze.

"Yeah." I said, holding mine up.

"We also have ours." Said Harry, holding his license up, then lifting Ron's hand to show his license as well.

Orion shrugged, pulling out his own.

"Wonderful! Ginny, hold my hand." Smiled Leila enthusiastically, holding out a hand to Ginny, who took it with equal enthusiasm.

I firmly closed my eyes and thought, Diagon Alley, Diagon Alley, Diagon Alley.

Darkness absorbed me, I felt the claustrophobic feeling that I always felt while apparating, but it went away as soon as it came and was replaced by the loud bustling, busy noises of Diagon Alley.

"It looks better than last time." Said Ron, apparating on my left, stumbling slightly and standing upright again.

"Yes, Ron. Because last time it was all destroyed because of Death Eaters." I rolled my eyes at Ron's daftness, he shot me an unappreciative glance.

"Feels homely." Said Harry, apparating on my right.

"Ahh. The impulsive urge to spend all my parents' money." Sighed Orion.

"ARE YOU LOT COMING!!!??" We heard Ginny yell. Lynx, Leila and her were already ahead of us. Lynx and Leila engaged in a calm conversation, in contrast to Ginny's loudness.

"YES, MISS. TEMPER TANTRUM!!" Yelled back Orion, and we all hurried behind them. I was almost starting to feel calm,

"NO!" A scream so loud, so pained sounding, so.. So horrifying, I jumped. It was gut-wrenching to say the least.

But I felt slight comfort and also slight concern when I saw Harry and Ron stumble back. Orion stopped and shook his head.

"Did you guys hear that?" He asked us, looking more tense.

"We- we did." Me, Ron and Harry said in unison.

"What was that God-awful scream?" Shuddered Ginny, looking back at Leila and Lynx, who looked confused.

"What scream? I didn't hear anything at all. Are you kids sleep-deprived and hallucinating?" Asked Leila, raising an eyebrow.

"I- yeah probably." Lied Harry, Ron nodded with a sheepish smile.

Lynx gave us a knowing look. Clearly not fooled, but she had mercy on us and didn't pry more. Though, I didn't doubt she knew exactly what scream we were talking about.
