"YOUR HONOUR I DISAGREE!"

----

You'd think that the only chaos in our life were the screams.

In your dreams, buster.

When we got back and settled down, Orion went upstairs to get something.. And me, being the icon that I am, immediately thought to myself, "How do I humble a blonde who wears leather like it's his own child?"

And the answer was right there. Sitting. Staring at my face.

No, literally, it was LITERALLY staring at me.

My sweet angel, my sweet pygmy puff, Puffy Puffball the II.

The answer curled in my hand and nuzzled itself against me. Time for action.

So, I jolted up from my chair and ran upstairs, leaving behind a very confused boyfriend, brother, future-sister-in-law, and 2 very not intrigued friends engaging in a conversation. Also Sirius was just hanging out on the side. He looks bored. Poor him. ANYWAY!

I softened my steps around his room, creeping in and sneaking behind his chair, which was facing away from the door.

He turned around in a state of confusion and narrowed his eyes at me, "Gin, what're you-.." His stormy grey eyes darkened as they glanced down at my pink, beautiful ball of fluff. He let out such a loud scream, my ears were ringing.

Thank you Puffy Puffball II, my sweetie little angel.

He screamed like a little child, who just had the worst nightmare of their little life.

I would know, I've heard Ronald scream like that. Good times, those were.

He slowly stepped away from me, I slowly followed. And then he RAN. I'm telling you, this boy RAN as fast as he could. So, I did the obvious, and ran as fast as I could behind him.

----

Orion reached downstairs, I was close behind. "Get. It. Away." He said slowly, and backed away. Everyone looked up. Even Lynx and Leila, who were uninterested a moment ago, looked slightly confused. Until they saw the pygmy puff, that is.

"Okay fine! But I'm going to use this against you one day." I huffed, an idea coming to my mind. I started once again,

"You see, your honour, the ever confident and arrogant Orion Black is scared of pygmy puffs. Which starts this case off today, to prove that he is not as charming as he THINKS he is."

Orion narrowed his eyes, "In my defense, your honour, Ginerva Molly Weasley, ever the wise, ever the epitome of anger-issues, is scared of fireflies because they're too bright. So to what does she have to go against me, if she is just as... Pathetic?"

I gasped, oh this idiot was NOT about to mess with me. "Though, your honour.. I may indeed... Be an overtly angry girl scared of fireflies, I am NOT an arrogant, leather-obsessed idiot as Orion Black is."

I hummed proudly, knowing I was doing fantastic. I looked over to Harry, Ron and Hermione. This is my time, my time to shine and get them involved in this very important court case.

"In this case, I'll be letting my defendant take over." I started,

"Who happens to be my stupid brother. So this may be a loss for me."

Ron huffed in annoyance to that, my plan's working. Now he HAS to prove me wrong. He's on my side now.

"I'll show you stupid!" He narrowed his eyes.

Just then, Hermione cleared her throat dramatically. Ooo, now THIS is getting good.

"And in that case, I'll be joining Mr. Black as his rightful defendant." She gave me and Ron a look, which Ron gladly returned.

"Your honour. I have clear proof that Miss. Ginny Weasley is in no right to speak of my litigant in such a bad light. For it is hypocrisy, hypocrisy at its finest! My proof? During my 3rd year, when it was Miss. Weasley's 2nd year, she saw a firefly during a quidditch game and freaked the freak out. Doesn't that prove, that it is exactly what Mr. Black did? So if Miss. Weasley is FINE with doing the same thing herself, how is it different when it is MY litigant?"

"And who's the judge, Ginny?" You may ask. It's Harry, of course, you silly person.

"You may sit, Miss. Granger. Mr. Weasley may now present his defense for his litigant against Mr. Black." He hummed, turning to us,

Ron smiled at Hermione, "Thank you for your kind words, Miss Granger. I will truly be taking them into consideration."

Hermione smiled back with a mocking look,

Then, Ron started, "Perhaps it is true.. Indeed my litigant is a firefly-hating anger-issues persisting girl. But it is certainly not a crime. But you know what is a crime, your honour? Wearing leather during the darned summer! It's such a.. Red flag, your honour."

"That is only a minor case, though. For Orion Artemis Black is a certified pygmy puff hater. A discriminator, even! The cruelty of his gazes upon the poor creatures is truly horrifying. Thus, proving that he is eligible for committing not one, but two felonies, as stated per the third law of Merlin, threatening."

Hermione gasped, "Your honour! I object to these claims!"

She slammed her fist on the railing of the staircase.

"My litigant is simply afraid of cute, pink fluffballs. That is no reason to call him a discriminator!"

Ron grinned, "Ah, but it is, Miss. Granger! The gaze he sets upon those creatures is enough to kill them off! And not a bit of sympathy in his autobiography for the poor things. Isn't that.. Quite discriminatory?"

"Order. In. The. Court!" Harry insisted,
"You may continue, Miss. Granger."

Hermione continued, "As I was saying. My second point, would be-- the blatant hatred of pygmy puffs that Mr. Weasley claims of MY litigant is equally shared with Miss. Ginny Weasley. For her hatred for fireflies is beyond simple dislike. She has presented cases of calling them, "Utterly horrifying". And I, in fact, find it utterly horrifying that there would be enough audacity in a person to say such harmful words to a creature with very real feelings!"

"Mr. Weasley." Nodded Harry,

"Perhaps, perhaps so!" Ron huffed, "But never in front of the faces of the fireflies. In fact, so discreetly that the fireflies, would be unable to hear it. My litigant is absolutely allowed to vent about how utterly horrifying fireflies are, as long as it isn't in their faces! But the discrimination Mr. Black has shown against pygmy puffs is beyond disrespectful. In their faces, he calls them scary. In their FACES. The feelings that you speak of, Miss. Granger, too apply to YOUR litigant!"

The silence came abruptly, followed by Harry's quiet words, "And today's time is over. We continue this dispute tomorrow."

As the words dissolved into the atmosphere, we all erupted in laughter. I mean, it was PRETTY hilarious!

Lynx, Leila and Sirius looked concerned on our behalf.

I heard Leila mutter to Lynx, "Reminds me of when you, Lily and me fought with the ultimate 4 nuisances of the world." I'm not sure what she was implying, but I figured it was from their times at Hogwarts.

Lynx snickered, "Hey, quieter. My husband is right around the corner. A little respect."

"Oh yes, alright. I guess it is a little offensive to call him annoying while he's nearby. But I will not deny, I am very right in this statement."

"Yes, yes you are, Leila."
