Slithers and Coils
So, I keep my eyes open;
Stealing a glimpse of you.
Blinking as quick as I can,
For a second or two.Never will I get tired of glancing at you;
And if given a chance, I would be honored to look after you.
Never been this afraid of losing track on something,
Until my heart bounces like in a coil spring.
It seems like it will not stop somersaulting,
'Cause it is an answered prayer to see the same thing.Time goes twice as fast
Every time you pass.
Before I can even hitch my breath,
The Earth's slow motion has come to an end.Now, looking back to the very first time I saw you,
It was just a wave of hand
But it slithered through.
Ever since then, I knew I have been wrapped up,
By the warmth of your goodbyes
That momentarily coiled this ice-cold heart...(Second part of the Triptych Poem)
