Chapter 17

Eunho reached the dance room and at the same time, he saw Seonho running towards him.

"I had a meeting with the coach but it went unexpectedly long so I got late. Sorry" Seonho apologised, but of course, he didn't have to. He was just on time.

"You don't have to apologise, hyung. You are on time and I just came. You are definitely not late" Eunho gave him a reassuring smile. Seonho grinned and then both entered the dance room. Keeping aside their bags, Seonho sat on the ground trying to catch his breath.

"I saw the video you send yesterday. You learned the steps really quick. It's a good thing. We can get time to practice salsa as well" Eunho said, sitting in front of Seonho.

The elder one sat properly. "Thanks. Also, Eunho... I meant to ask; how do you know Yusang?" Seonho was curious about it the time he saw them together.

He isn't jealous but he is worried because he doesn't like Yusang at all.

"I- we-" Eunho started to tell what happened. But he decided to skip the asthma part because he doesn't like telling others about his condition. He doesn't want to worry Seonho about it. Seonho was listening attentively. He understood that Eunho had omitted some parts but respected that whenever he felt comfortable sharing.

"I see. I know I am at no place to question you but I was just curious as he is not someone with whom people talk. I rarely saw him making friends or talking to someone. He doesn't even talk to me or coach. So, seeing him talking to you, made me very curious. Also, because I was worried" Seonho didn't know if he should tell Eunho about this or not. He doesn't want to scare him but it is better to tell him to keep him aware.

"I heard he had a few criminal charges on him but since his father is a minister it could never be proved and he was let out innocent. He also picks up fights with people and is always in a bad mood. He hates me because I became captain and he couldn't and I absolutely loathe him and you know why? Without reason. You know there are some people you just hate so much even without any reason. That hatred comes from deep within your heart. I disliked him the moment I saw him and that's why I was worried because I don't want you to get in trouble or be with someone like him or get hurt."

Eunho thought he was being paranoid but now, even Seonho said he didn't like him, Eunho fully trusted him.

He knows it isn't because he is jealous or something that he is saying this. Eunho has got to know Seonho well in the past few days. He is very secure and righteous. He rarely badmouths people and would never say ill about someone unless he really dislikes him.

And Seonho dislikes Yusang. Especially when he first saw him, he had a dream. They were fighting in that and since then Seonho thought it was a vision he saw and should be attentive to not entertain this Yusang guy much.

He hates that he is in basketball but he can't remove him as he is a decent player and has no reason to. The coach wouldn't allow him to do so.

"To be honest, I also always feel uncomfortable around him. When we first met at the store, I got a feeling I never got before. But since he helped me, I didn't know what to do so I tried being polite. But my friends said I shouldn't be polite and say no to him if I feel uncomfortable, now I will clearly tell him so" Eunho knows it will be difficult to reject Yusang as he is not good at that but he has to.

"They are right. Our mental peace and comfort should be our utmost priority. You don't have to feel guilty for anything" Seonho's reassuring smile eased Eunho's heart.

"Thanks, hyung. Also... date, huh? When did you even write my name as your plus-one?" Eunho now has a teasing look and tone. He couldn't explain the emotions he got when Seonho so protectively saved him from Yusang and called him 'his date'.
