"There you are, I was looking for you. I need your help with something."

The unexpected request piques her curiosity, and she can't help but wonder what he could possibly need her help with.

Naobito sighs and seems irritated. "It seems that Toji had too many drinks tonight, and I wouldn't like him to cause a scene. I would like you to take him back to his room."

The mention of Toji's name brings up a wave of irritation within her. Over the past month, he has been unusually distant, leaving her feeling frustrated and confused.

The thought of having to deal with a drunken Toji only adds to her annoyance, making her wonder whether he will be more difficult to handle than usual.

"Of course, sir, I will."

Despite her inner irritation, she maintains a professional demeanor, knowing that it is her duty as a maid to fulfill the wishes of the head of the clan.

Naobito nods in satisfaction, grateful for her compliance. He gives Helia a dismissive wave, signifying that she can go ahead with the task at hand.

Helia re-enters the main hall of the party, the atmosphere now tense and heavy.

The air feels thick with the scent of alcohol and the buzz of conversations. Her eyes scan the room, searching for the familiar figure of Toji.

Her anger continues to bubble within her as she realizes that she will likely miss much of the party because she has to take Toji back to his room.

It infuriates her that he has gotten himself drunk, making her responsible for his predicament. She internally curses him and his careless behavior.

As she continues to search for him, her gaze falls upon Gojo, who appears deeply absorbed in a conversation with a maid.

He looks interested and engaged, as he seems to be focused entirely on the conversation with the maid at his side.

Helia tries to get a glimpse of the maid's face, but her view is obstructed. Despite this, it's evident that Gojo is enjoying the conversation, a wide grin plastered across his face.

Helia looks away from Gojo to continue her search for Toji, her frustration mounting with each passing moment. She begins to wonder where that irritating bastard could be hiding.

[...]

Toji, on the other side of the room, is feeling the effects of his excessive alcohol consumption.

His head is pounding, and he feels a little disoriented. He rubs his temple with his fingers, trying to ease the headache that's starting to set in.

His senses are dulled, and his ability to make rational decisions is severely impaired. He stumbles slightly as he tries to keep his balance, the room swirling around him.

Despite having consumed a substantial amount of alcohol in an attempt to numb his thoughts, Toji finds that Helia still remains in his mind.

It's the very reason why he had turned to drinking in the first place, hoping to drown out the memories and emotions that revolved around her.

But even in his inebriated state, he can't seem to shake off his thoughts about her, as they stubbornly cling to the edges of his consciousness.

In his intoxicated state, Toji's vision is hazy, and he struggles to focus his eyes as a maid approaches him and begins speaking.

He squints at her, trying to make out her features through the swirling room. His head is throbbing, and it takes him a moment to comprehend that she is addressing him.
