They have been travelling for the whole night and half of the next day, and the sun is now high in the sky.
They have walked for several hours, they also took bus to arrive in a small town far in the countryside, before walking again deep into a forest. They were now kilometers away from the town.
The sun shines behind the trees, casting long shadows over the path, but they're too lost in each other's company to mind the long traveling time.
Toji leads the way, navigating through the dense forest while keeping Helia's hand in his, his stride confident and steady.
At the end of the forest, they arrive in a beautiful meadow, the golden rays of the sun bathing the open grassland in a warm, golden glow.
The meadow is very large and surrounded by the dense forest. The air is fresh and clear, and she can hear the soothing sound of insects chirping in the distance.
Toji takes a moment to look around, a satisfied smile on his face. He turns to Helia, his voice calm.
"We're almost there, Helia."
She nods as they keep walking, looking at the beautiful scenery. They walk across the meadow, when he points towards what seems to be a small house.
"See that? Our new home is just before those trees."
From the distance, she can't see much of the house, but she makes out the light green color of it.
She can also see that the house is right in front of the forest and there are trees behind and by the side of the small building.
A small thrill of excitement runs through Helia as she realizes that she's about to see the house where she'll be living with Toji from now on.

After walking for some time, they get close enough for Helia to see correctly the house this time.
From the outside, it looks cozy and well-kept, with a small, but welcoming porch and a pair of windows facing out towards the meadow, letting in natural light and offering a view of the beautiful landscape outside.
Toji gives her hand a gentle squeeze, his voice soft and intimate.
"This is it, Helia. Our new home."
The house is a cozy, with two floors and a sloping roof in a simple, yet elegant design. The exterior is made of wood painted in a light green tone.
It had a sweet and charming aesthetic, blending into the natural environment perfectly. Helia can't help the small "Wow" coming out of her lips.
"It's beautiful Toji..."
He smiles warmly at her reaction, clearly pleased with her appreciation of the place. He leads her up the path towards the porch, still holding her hand.
As they reach the front door, he looks at her, a soft, affectionate gleam in his eyes.
"I'm glad you like it. Wait until you see the inside."
He pushes open the door and steps aside, gesturing for her to enter first. The interior of the house is just as charming as the exterior.
The living area is warm and inviting, with comfortable furniture, a small fireplace, and a few windows letting in natural light.
He follows behind her, a smile on his face as he watches her reaction.
"What do you think?"
She turns to give and gives him a warm smile. "I love it!"
