🤎The Day has Come🤎

After Chris finishing his tour, the preparations begun with the both of them working to making sure this day was not so much as perfect but making sure was completed. It did have it's challenges. But, who doesn't have challenges during the preparation of a wedding, right? Diamond struggled with the thought of her mother participated in her wedding and being present for her wedding.

Every since we started planning for this day, my mom has not been on the same page with anything I have decided, let alone who is going to be present. She has literally tried to sabotage every thing all because I did not agree to her side of our family coming with the exception of a few people. I do not want drama, I do not want to invite anyone that doesn't want to support us let alone wanting to be there. She did not agree with the color choice because she felt it would clash with what she wanted to wear as the mother of the bride. She did not agree to me putting my brother nor Chris's cousin in the weddding. She did not agree to Chris selecting Rio as his best man, she felt that would stir up problems between Chris and I seeing she knew about Rio taking a liking to me. She felt Chris was not right for me, I was better off marrying Rio or Jason. They are more my speed so she says. Oh and not mention she doesn't feel my dad should walk me down the aisle, seeing he just came back into my life, she thinks her boyfriend should be the one. The list definitely goes on with what Toni Richardson did not agree upon. But, Chris always reassured me things will only be changed unless WE the couple agreed on it. 

The day was finally here for me and Chris tying the knot. I was nervous as shyt, thinking of all kind of this that could ruin this wedding. My dress for the intimate church setting was being shipped to me within a hour. As well as my dress for the reception being shipped to the Beach Home in Savannah we rented out for the reception. Chris picked up his suit along with Rio and a few others. My maid of honor which was my cousin, bridesmaids was a few of Chris's friends seeing I didn't have any real friends. We had Lovely and Royalty (his children) as our flower girls, Aeko, his son was our ring barrier. Trinity was one of my bridesmaids, Trish was one of his groomsmen as well as Dexter and Terayle. My dad was to walk me down the aisle. We picked my Uncle John on my dad's side to be our officiate due to him being a minister of his own church. Things were falling into play, but I was a nervous wreck why? 

I was in my dressing room with my ladies getting ourselves together, I started freaking out when they said my Uncle was running late. I started thinking of all things that could go wrong, all things we should have did before getting married like going to counselor to make sure our marriage was going to go smoothly. I went postal when they told me the marriage license never made it to the church on time. I really freaked out when they told Chris and Rio left the church and they didnt know why. 

Conversation:

Diamond: Where is he? 

Mercedes: Calm down Dia, I'm sure he will be back. 

Diamond: What if he's not coming back? What if he finally realized he made the biggest mistake of his life, by marrying me? 

Mercedes: Don't say that I'm sure there's an explanation for him leaving. 

Diamond: Yeah, he's out and I'm gonna have to raise this baby and his girls alone, per usual. 

Someone comes through the door "I know you not giving up so soon."

I turned to the door, it was Dex. 

Diamond: I'm not giving up, Chris is he's gone. 

Dex: What are you talking about? 

Mercedes: Chris is gone and so is Rio. 

Dex: I'm sure there is an explanation behind it. 

Diamond: Yeah, that he's done.
