Canada opened the door to the Grand Establishment to the newly build Reichstag. A peculiar thing, such grand, Imposing doors pushed open so easily. Canada took a moment to gaze upon the marble Interior of this grand mark.
"Herr." A stern voice called out Infront. "Mhm?" Canada tilted his head to face the voice, Infront of him stood the one and only renounced, grand, some may say Great even. "Glad you could make it this far." The German Empire waved a small ingeniune hello.
"Ah..." Canada quietly scoffed under his breath, adjusting his breathing to quickly hide his distain. "Well... Hello, Kaiser Deutschland." Canada greeted back, being sarcastically formal. "Oh please, your not one of my staff or protectorates, just call me Germany." Canada smiled. "Well then, Germany? Shall we proceed with the purposes of my visit?" Germany nodded on affirmation
"This way." The Empire gestured Canada to follow him. As Canada followed Germany down the grand marbled halls of the Reichstag, he couldn't help but feel a sense of distaste to the grandiosity of the building. It was all a bit much in his mind, a blatant display of power and prestige. Germany pushed open the door to the grand conference
As Canada entered the circular conference room and took a glance around, he recognized many of the faces present. Each one filled him with a mixture of familiarity and disdain. Canada took his seat as Germany gestured for him to, taking note of the other individuals present at the large table. He saw a few notable Individuals: Wallonia-Flanders, Poland, Lithuania, Kurland, Ukraine and... someone in the very back he quiet couldn't make out.
"So..." Germany spoke, sitting in front of the Canadian. Breaking him out of his day dreaming. "Shall we begin?" Germany asked, trying to coerce Canada into beginning. Canada snapped out of his thoughts as Germany spoke, bringing him back to the present moment. He took a deep breath, steeling himself for the upcoming discussion. "Yes, let's begin." Canada turned to face Germany proper. "Let's cut the crap." Germany paused. "Why did you build those nuclear warheads?" Canada paused, expecting the direct question from Germany. He knew that he would have to explain his reasons for building the nuclear warheads. Canada hesitated for a moment, then answered with a neutral tone. "I built them for self-defense and deterrence. It's as simple as that."
