"So..." Germany began, looking over the papers that Berlin had presented to him.
"The Japanese lost?" Germany Inquired, Berlin nodding. "Regrettably, yes, my Kaiser. Despite all our supports, the Russian's marched straight into Beijing. " Berlin explained. Germany set the papers down, relaxing back on his chairs. "...The Russian." Germany repeated, before glaring at Berlin. "I suppose it is to be expected... that Russian would do anything to counter my Influence." Germany paused to think. "And now that Canadian, alongside the Russian has a point to exert Influence in Asia..." Berlin tilted his heads. "Your okay with the Japanese losing, my Kaiser?" Berlin asked. "Of course not... but it's not like I like the Japanese bastard anyways." Germany explained, looking up at the ceiling. "Enough about the Sino-Japanese war. What other news is there." Germany demanded to know. Berlin let out a deep sigh and shifted his position as he opened up a second set of files, preparing to share new information. "There has been a series of issues on Eastern Europe," Berlin stated. "With reports of rebel activity rising and spreading. It seems that there are increasing numbers of rebel cells operating in the region." As he handed the files over, he added, "There are also rumors of foreign support for these rebels, but we have yet to confirm their extent, my Kaiser."
"What else?" Germany asked. Berlin shifted his papers. "No, I believe that's it." Berlin finished. "Very well then..." Germany leaned forward in his chair. "Although the war in Japan and china, and the rebel's aren't necessarily that concerning, we're gonna need to increase our military presence around the globe... under no circumstance, let the Canadians and the Accord gain more influence than they already have." Germany explained. Germany paused however... thinking. "Are there perhaps any unstable nations who are teteering the edge of Conflict or revolution?" Germany Inquired. Berlin thought, before responding "Well, quite a few potential conflicts on the top of my head." Germany nodded before gesturing him to continue. "The Osman Devlet, Romania, Mittelafrika, Ethiopia, D-" Berlin's list was Interrupted by a knock on the door.
Germany's attention was diverted to the sudden knock upon the door. "Who is it?" Germany called out, his voice projecting the slight tinge of annoyance. The door creaked open, as a smaller man peaked his head in. "...Excuse my Intrusion, Father." The man spoke. Germany raised his brows in... surprise more than anything. "...Oh." Germany's eyes darted across the room, before gesturing for the person to come in. "Please, take a seat." Germany insisted. The man entered the room with slight hesitation, his gaze moving around the room before settling on a chair. Berlin observed the newcomer with curiosity, his curiosity didn't go unnoticed by Germany. "...Ah, Berlin, right you have yet to meet my..." Germany paused, looking at the newcomer. "My son..." Germany finished. The Man turned to face Berlin, giving him a rather shy wave. "Pleased to make your acquaintance," Berlin offered, trying to keep his composure despite the unexpected turn of events. The Man nodded. "...Likewise, It's... a pleasure to meet you, my names Bundesrepublik Deutschland." BDR Introduced himself. "It's a pleasure to meet you." He added. "The pleasure is mine," Berlin replied, before turning his gaze momentarily to Germany. There was a subtle question in his eyes, silently wondering about the significance of BDR's presence in this meeting. Germany glanced at Berlin, before back at Berlin. "So, Deutschland." Germany gestured to BDR. "...What is the purpose of this surprise visit to your dear father?" Germany Inquired. "...Father, It regards the state." BDR explained.
