Hidden Affairs

CHAPTER 3

    The bell rang for the last class...I wanted to go back home immediately but I had detention.

I was helping a damn junior and that woman gave me detention? This is not fair.

I've come to learn that her name was Ms. Lavina. Not going to lie, that last name was a really hot one.

I told Lesley to tell the boys that I had detention and she agreed. I had also phoned my mother to inform her that I had detention and I wasn't going to be able to pick Lily from school. Which I ended up getting a whole life lesson from.

I headed to the detention room, which was Ms. Lavina's room. I knocked on the door before coming in.

There wasn't anyone including Ms. Lavina. I thought that she forgot about the detention. As I was about to head out of the room, Ms. Lavina came into the room with a phone between her ear and shoulder, it looked like she was on a phone call.

"I have work and I'm not a free person like you are so goodbye" She said as she hung up the phone without hearing from the other side.

"And where do you think you're going" She said as she raised an eyebrow at me, looking...stressed and frustrated?

I cleared my throat, "There wasn't anyone here so I thought you forgot..." I trailed off.

She sighed and said, "I was late and you should've waited longer. Now go sit back down and do your work" She said in a stern tone.

I nodded as I rushed over to my seat, I didn't want any argument with her.

I began taking out my books, there was only one homework which just had to be English.

Ms. Lavina sat on her desk and opened her laptop as she frustratedly typed on her keyboard.

I was struggling on the last question as I stressfully ran my fingers through my hair.

She seemed to notice since she walked over to my desk, "Are you okay? You look like you're struggling with the last question" She asked as she bent down to reach my height as I sat on the chair.

My eyes accidentally went onto her boobs as she left her two buttons unbuttoned.

She raised an eyebrow and I cleared my throat, "I-I uhm- I am just thinking about it, it's confusing" I rambled out, embarrassed by the fact that she caught me looking at her boobs.

She smirked and looked amused, "Oh really? I can help you out" She said as she sat in front of me.

I nodded, "Thanks Ms. Lavina" I thanked her and she nodded in approval.

She began explaining and not gonna lie, her teaching and explaining skills are really good.

She explained the question and even showed me how and where to find the answers without directly telling me.

She checked her watch, "Detention will be over in 5 minutes, you can go now if you want to" She said as she stood up from her seat.

I nodded as I packed my stuff, "Thanks Ms. Lavina" I thanked her again.

She tilted her head, "For?"

I thought for a second, why did u thank her?

"Uhm...For explaining?" I said but it came out as a question.

She shook her head, "You don't need to thank me darling, it is my job after all" She spoke with a smile, a genuine smile.

My heart fluttered a little by the pet name, darling.
