— Evelyn's hand was held in Charlie's most of the car ride, the sound of her managers voice was drowned out by her thoughts, but they soon approached the building which she snapped out of her daze, as Clara opened the door for both Charlie and Evelyn.
Loud yells of her name could be heard as camera flashes took over her vision making it hard to see luckily she tightened her grip on Charlie's hand as Clara led them through the crowd.
"Stay together" Clara yelled over the music, "once you get to the end of the carpet, security will lead you to your seats" she informed "I'll still be with you till the end of the carpet though" Evelyn nodded as they walked onto the carpet.
As photos were took of her and Charlie, he moved out the way making her look over at him, he gave a slight smile telling her to have her moment.
As they made their way to the end of the carpet, the couple bid Clara a goodbye before walking into the hall to find their seats "Evelyn James?" She told security over the loud music, currently she was hidden from the fans, who were seating to watch the Grammys.
"Come with Me" the woman said motioning for the two of them to follow her.
Loud cheers could be heard as she entered the room, she gave a quick wave smiling as they found their seats sitting down, finally relaxing for the first time tonight.
It had officially started as nerves were finally setting in as he got to album of the year, "Evelyn James, midnights. Olivia Rodrigo, guts. Sza, SOS. Endless summer, miley Cyrus, the record, boy genius"
"And, the Grammy goes to" the tension was building as he paused "midnights, evelynjames!" A loud applause came over the room as she shot up from her seat - by this time her parents had showed and clapping along with her boyfriend as she made her way onto the stage lifting her dress up slightly as sat walked up the stairs.
Trevor handing her the Grammy and giving her a side hug, as she walked to the microphone "this.. this insane, thank you all so much honestly if you would've told little 10 y/o me that wasn't going anywhere with her music, that she'd was up here collecting her 5th Grammy, she would've laughed so hard" she spoke a smile still on her face.
