after lyra had told matt what to do, he passed the message onto nick, who also agreed that it was a good idea to bring up the nyc situation, as it was happening in just a few days.
so, the triplets sat at their table, nick on the laptop, editing their most recent video, chris and matt on their phones.
"lyra wanted my to let you guys know that our flight leaves at around like seven in the morning, so you guys need to make sure you're ready," matt explained to the group. nick nodded, but chris seemed to have a problem. "is there an issue chris?"
he sighed in frustration, "what? we're still going to new york?" looking up from his phone and placing it on the table.
"well yeah?" nick responded, "just cause you're having issues with your girlfriend doesn't mean me and matt should miss out on the concert, or meeting eliza and lyra," he finished, throwing his hands up in the air.
"she's not my girlfriend, nick, okay?" chris answered quickly.
"look, whatever she is to you, you need to grow up. you're being an ass for no reason and you won't even tell her why your acting like this. but your gonna go to new york and be mature, instead of being petty and whatever else,"
"yeah well she should know what she did," chris bickered, standing up from the table and going to leave the room.
"okay! just start packing and grow up while you're at it," matt called to him, but he was met with silence.
matt and nick sighed at their brothers behaviour, "what does 'she should know what she did' even mean?" nick asked matt quietly, "because eliza has said she doesn't know what she's done wrong,"
matt shrugged looking at his brother, "i don't know, but did you see that archie commented on his post?" matt queried.
"no? what the hell is wrong with archie? that's so messed up," nick said in shock.
"yeah but that's not even the worst thing about it, chris litreally replied to his comment with the same emoji, it's so weird,"
"honestly, he just needs to speak to her about it. so we need to somehow come up with a way that'll force them to talk about it, because eliza is clearly hurting about this, even if she's refusing to show that," nick told matt.
matt nodded, "i'll speak to lyra and see what she can think of, but for now, we need to also start packing,"
