Flying in the skies of Vale, there's an airship carrying many young huntsmen, two of which are sisters watching the view from the window.

Suddenly, Yang embraced her sister from behind.
Yang: I'm so excited! I'm going to Beacon with my baby sister! *grin* You skipped two whole years, I bet everyone would call you a kid genius
Ruby: But I don't want to stick out that much. I'm already younger than anyone else here, and I don't know anybody here
Yang: You can always try making new friends
Ruby: Friends? That's not very easy for me. Oh, I know! I'll just stay with you the whole time!
Yang: That would be nice, but... Let's make friends
Ruby: Huh?
Yang grabbed Ruby's hand and started dragging her across the airship.
Ruby: Yang, what are you doing?
Yang: Looking for someone who looks bored and alone
Yang looked around until she saw a girl in all black who wore a black bow reading a book by herself.
