It's been a week back with Jack, and now it's finally feels like the world is turning the right direction. He moved back into the apartment, and has spend more time with Kaden as well.
We got home, and Kaden was fast asleep in my arms. I took him to his crib, and smiled, before walking out of the room.
I walked into the kitchen, watching Jack make himself a sandwich. I jumped on the counter, and happily looked at him.
"Jack.." I said.

"Hm?"

"C'mere."
I reached my arms out, and he walked in between my legs, putting his hands on my thighs. I rested my hands on his shoulders and smiled.
"What?" He asked with a smile.
I leaned in and kissed him softly. He pulls away with a smirk on his face.
"Thank you,"

"For?"

"For," I said. "Being an amazing boyfriend, father, and person."
He put his hands on my waist and began to lightly kiss my lips. As we began to make out, I pulled away, but our lips lightly were touching.
"What about your food?"

"Leave it."
I smiled, as he lifted me off of the counter into our bedroom.
----
3 am.
Kaden was crying, but I didn't have a problem with it, even though I was extremely tired. I slipped on Jack's white t-shirt over my black bra and panties, walking to Kaden's nursery.
"Mommy's here Kaden."

I picked him up and rocked him in my arms until he was quiet, and fed him before he fell back asleep. Thank god I was blessed with an easy kid.
I walked back into the bedroom, to find Jack on his phone.
"You're a great mom, Ari."
I smiled, getting back into bed, sitting on Jack's lap, and straddling him.

"Can I tell you something?"
He asked, resting his hands on my thighs.

"Sure."

"I know that one day I'll get to change your last name."

I blushed, imagining life as Mrs. Gilinsky.
"I love you." He said, pecking my lips.
I laid back down, and Jack wrapped his arms around my waist.

"I love you too, Jack. Always."
