We went home a week later. Jack had a bruised rib and needed to take it easy, but he was healed enough to walk. Kaden has been walking and talking, and his 1st birthday is coming up in two weeks.
We decided our wedding will be in a few months, since we aren't rushing to get married, and we know we love each other. After about a week and a half, he was fully healed, only with a cut on his forehead, and I slight bruise on his side, which had faded into almost nothing.
I was sitting on the floor with Kaden, playing with his toys, when all the sudden, I heard my name being yelled out, and a loud breaking glass sound. I picked up Kaden, and ran carefully downstairs. The picture frame of me, Jack, and Kaden was shattered on the ground. Matt and Jack J. were holding Jack back, while Cameron had a busted lip, that was slightly bleeding. I handed Kaden to Taylor, who was standing not far from Cameron.
"What the hell?!" I said, looking at Jack.

"I thought you were my friend, Cameron!" Jack yelled, trying to charge at him. I stood in between, looking at Jack.

"Jack, what is going on!" I slightly yelled, before his eyes turned dark and scary.

"You kissed Cameron!"
It got silent for a moment.

"Taylor, take Kaden out of the room."
I looked at Kaden, and kissed his forehead, before Taylor went into our bedroom.
"Could we have a minute?" I said, everyone going into the bedroom. I waited until the door shut, and I took a deep breath.

"Is it true?" Jack croaked out, my eye stinging with tears.

"Y-yes." I said. "But it was an accident, you know I love you and only you."

I reached out my hand, but he stepped backwards. I let the tear slide down my cheek, trying as much as possible to avoid eye contact.
"Ari, I can't do this anymore."

My eyes flashed to his.
"What do you mean?"
I knew what he meant. Of course I knew. I just didn't want it to be true.

"I love Kaden with every inch of my heart but after our this, I can't do it."

Just then, I peeked around Jack and saw the bedroom door wide open. They saw. Kaden's feet paddled on the ground, and clung to Jack's legs. I picked him up, and Jack walked closer. He put his hand on Kaden's head, and softly kisses his forehead, closing his eyes. Then he looked at me, and kissed my forehead, making my flow down my cheeks.
He went upstairs, and packed fast, stuffing his things in a duffle bag. I tried and tried to stop him, but nothing was working. Kaden ran back to the bedroom, and I stood in shock. Jack's hand touches the doorknob.

"Wait." I said, walking over to him. Hesitantly, I slowly pulled the ring off of my finger.

"Ari.." Jack said, but I shook my head.

"I can't keep something I love, when it reminds me of someone who doesn't love me back."

I put it in his hand, and looked into his deep beautiful eyes one last time, before he walked out of the door.
"Ari."

I turned around, Cameron walking closer to me. I embraced him in a strong hug, and we stood there for a long time. Everyone was awkwardly sitting around, and then they just left, but Cam stayed behind. We began picking up the glass pieces off of the floor, and it was mostly broken by Jack's face.
"Are you okay?"

"Yeah," I said.

"I will be."
