"And you laugh bout the way I dance, and you smile when your holding my hand. I look at you and I understand, it sure feels good when you love someone."

LILY COULDN'T FOCUS as she sat in the empty hotel room, bored out of her mind. Then she remembered there was a music festival an hour away that started around eight and ended at midnight. She didn't have a ride there as her brother had the truck, so she resorted to asking her new friend for a lift.

She didn't know what room he was in so she wandered around until she found the lobby that housed the motel worker. Lily grilled the worker to give her Tyler's room number, luckily she succeeded after her asking over and over again.

After a brief knock on the door, it opened almost right away catching Lily by surprise at how quick he came to open it.

"Hey so you're coming with me to a music festival." She smiled at him hopefully and he gave her a confused look.

"Me? Why me?" He looked at her with curiosity.

"Because I don't have a ride and I'm sure you're lots of fun, now come on we don't have all day." Lily ushered him out of the door. He quickly put on his boots and grabbed his cowboy hat and exited the room, following close behind Lily who was already heading towards his truck.

"Bold of you to assume I'd take you there." He stated as he unlocked the truck and climbed inside.

"Well I just hoped you had a good bone in your body for your good 'ole friend Ana." She enunciated with sarcasm.

He shook his head with a laugh as he turned out of the parking lot and headed in the direction of  the town of Enid. "Oh, so now I can call you Ana?"

"Mm yeah, I guess." She shrugged as she rolled her window down so she could feel the cool night air on her cheeks. She had on a white long sleeve top with her blue jean shorts from earlier still. Only difference was the white bow in her straight hair tying it up in a half up half down style and her white cowboys boots on her feet. One thing Lily loves is using the sandwich method for her outfits.

They drove the whole hour with little side conversations about their lives. Lily didn't mention what happened five years ago but she did mention how she grew up with her brother and her mom in a small trailer park in Florida, her father forgotten long ago. She even talked about her dream to own a lot of dogs and have a whole army of chickens. He laughed at that one.

She learned that he was from Arkansas to which she responded with "Who the hell lives in Arkansas?" He told her all about his family, how when he was eight years old, he was at his Aunt's one time when a dangerous tornado hit the town, causing his house to get swept away with his sleeping parents in it.
