Once again I woke up alone, rolling over I checked the time seeing it was 11:30. Oh my gosh how did I let myself sleep this late?

Getting out of bed I headed to the bathroom to freshen up. I hope Taraji is still here, I loved having her around.

After freshening up I grabbed my robe and headed downstairs.To my surprise there was breakfast already made and a fresh bouquet of roses on the table.

"Well Goodmorning Ms. Barrino." She greeted me with a smile as she took her seat, I then realized Toni was here as well.

"Goodmorning Fanny we were wondering when you would be awake." She came and hugged me tightly.

"I was worried bout you baby, you know I'd go to war over you." She spoke looking over me to see if I'm ok."

"I know and I love that about you. Though what I would love more is if you'd cared to explain why I called you and Janet was getting her munch and crunch on."

"I had no control over her that night." She said taking a seat.

"Have some breakfast Toni, I'm sure Fantasia ain't gone eat all of this."

Taraji's cooking was so good, that I didn't bother to pick my head up from the plate. "Mmm, I'll find a way."

"Greedy." They both said in unison.

"Though for real Toni, what's up with you and Janet? She ain't been telling me nothing just when I ask about you she grinning."

"Cause they bumping purses, that's why she grinning. I heard Toni got that vintage coochie." Girl side eyed me so quick then gone thump me.

"Wait a minute nie, just hold on. Toni, you swapping coochie juice with Damita?"

"Are you swapping Spit with Fanny?"

"Nah Ian swapping no spit wit ha." Now Taraji know dang well we swapping mad spit overhea.

"Man Toni and Janet swapping, ion care what she say, I know what I heard on that phone and you should've hung up."

"You shouldn't have called."

"How I'm suppose to know you down getting the cobwebs off that thang."

"I oughta—." Her hand came round to strangle me.

"Fantasia don't be like that, what if she would've called you?"

"What you mean?" My eyebrow arched towards her, would she really rat us out to Toni like that.

"You know what I mean." Taraji snuck behind me rubbing my back as she trailed down to my butt.

I felt myself melt just by her touch. My face was flushed and Toni seen it.

"Ouuuu Tasia?"

"Ouuu Toni, you ain't even tell me you and Janet hit it off like that. Last I heard you was suppose to have a conversation."

"They had a conversation alright." I heard Taraji say rolling her eyes playfully.

"I heard that. And Just like you won't gone tell me yall two uh-mhm." I wish she was slow because you can't get nothing past her.

"You fool up with Taraji if you want too." I tried to play it off praying Taraji follow suit.

"Yea Toni, fool up with me if you want too." She winked at her as she walked around me and went upstairs.

"Alright Taraji, you better watch that wink."

"I hear you Toni." Hearing the door closed Toni scooted my way to get the scoop.

"Sooo."

"What? Nothing happened, I'm for real."

"You lying and I know you are. Tasia you haven't glowed like that since being on stage, something happened."

"No Toni, if something did happen I'd probably chase after her up them steps." And indeed I wanted to. I know I don't have to lie to Toni but I really didn't want her in that part of my business. I don't know what to make of it honestly. I know my intrusive thoughts won over me, that her body was remarkable, that she was a good friend, and a beautiful stunning lady.

Taraji... Mhh

"Hey, Tasia? Where did you go?"

"Umm just got in my head for a minute."

"Look if you say nothing happened then nothing happened, but I know there's no way that if she'd drop drawls you wouldn't go to her."

"Shut up." We laughed as things took a now serious turn.

"So.. I hope you know a restraining order has been placed and because this is my property that box has been taking to the police along with the note that was left on the floor when Taraji took you to the hospital. For your safety, hers and mines you are not allowed to return home."

"Toni wait a minute now."

"He's there, he's been there and I think that's how he found out you were here."

"What you mean he's there, Toni I would've known if he was there my cameras—." I went to open the apps for them and my cameras were all disconnected.

"Toni, my mama?"

"She's with my mother."

"What did I get myself into?"

"You didn't do nothing, he's just crazy."

"But did I make him that way?"

"No you didn't. He left you Tasia and now he trynna manipulate the whole situation."

"But Toni.."

"Toni nothing. You did nothing wrong, it's just him trying to manipulate you."

"This is crazy.." I said more to myself. If I would've know he would do all this before getting with him I would've left him where he stood talking to me.

"I don't wanna go through life being scared he gone get me Toni, I really don't wanna do that."

"And you won't..." Taraji came down. "Toni if you could excuse us." She took a dominant tone with me and it made me feel a type of way.

"Sure, I gotta leave anyway and meet up with Janet at the studio anyways." Taraji pulled me upstairs while Toni let herself out.

"Tasia, I know you're afraid and you don't want it to be seen. When I told you I got you I meant that and everything in between. I'm not gone let him get to you. He can't hurt you or the people you love; and to keep it real I'd be too premature to say this but I wanna be one of the people you love someday."

What if I loved her already, would it be too soon to say? "You're a great person, beautiful human being and I'm not talking about just what my eyes can see either. Though I don't want you tied in my mess, this is something I started and I'm going to finish."

"I won't be tied to it and I know you wanna finish it, but you need someone. You need me..." Her lips slipped into mines as everything I was worried about went away.

This all seems too fast, too soon and I-I don't know what to do...
