Gemini: So if I didn't come out of Fourth's room i couldn't have heard all this???

Perth steps backwards as Gemini approaches him

Gemini: Talk to me Perth!! You've been draining Fourth's blood since his childhood till date just to sell??

Perth shakes his head..he finally reaches the wall and Gemini comes close to his face "I'm gonna kill you this instant for making Fourth suffer! " he strangles Perth.

Perth struggles to breath and with teary eyes, his veins can be seen through his forehead as Gemini continues to strangle him. Doctor Satang passes by and tries to stop him but he strangles him with his left hand too..

Gemini strangles both Satang and Perth but his eyes focused on Perth and with tears of fury after seeing Fourth's pale face, he tightens his grip on Perth's neck till he passes out but he doesn't stop not until Satang pushes him as Perth falls on the floor.

Satang tries to feel Perth's breath through touching his neck and gets out a drug from his pockets for Perth to inhale..

Satang: What's wrong with you Gemini???! You clearly said Perth was your bestfriend and boyfriend but willing to kill him???

Gemini: He deserves it! And if he gets up I'll strangle him again and again till he's dead

Satang: Are you nuts?? You'll go to jail if you kill him! Calm down will you?

Gemini: I'm calm infact I'm very calm

Satang: So that's how calm people behave? Walking up and down, forming a fist in their hands?

Gemini: Forget it, I just want to strangle him till i see him die got it?? There's no way he'll breath the same air as Fourth

Satang: What happened? What did he do?

Gemini: He did the unimaginable do you know – (Perth coughs waking up but Gemini gives him a knock on his head and he passes out again)

Satang: Okay enough! If you don't stop fuming I might lock you up! You must be insane Gemini

Gemini: Bring the handcuffs because I'll lock both of you instead! Do you know what Perth has been doing??

Satang: How will i know if you don't tell?

Gemini: He's been pretending to be sick for years just to drain blood from Fourth and sells it

Satang: I also noticed Fourth has a rare blood with some kind of powers in it

Gemini: Powers? What do you mean??

Satang: Fourth has some kind of supernatural powers

Gemini: What??! But those with powers don't get sick do they?

Satang: I'm yet to find out but he has always been donating large amount of blood too that made him weak and the powers interfered with his tissue cells that damaged his kidneys. If you ask me, Perth knew about his powers that's why he kept selling his blood

Gemini: Poor Fourth, his brother wants to kill him because of that??

Satang: He'll die anyways..stage four kidney cancer can't be cured whatsoever

Gemini: (strangles Satang) What kind of a doctor are you huh? You can't give hopes to a dying patient? Or maybe i should kill you along with Perth!

Satang: (pushes his hand) You're a threat to everyone it's like you've gone mad! (Touching his neck) please stop with the habit of strangling people..i only told you that so you can accept reality.

Gemini: (Perth wakes up and sees Gemini, he faints again) You better find a way to treat Fourth or I'll set this hospital on fire and we'll both follow him six feet under.

Satang: That will depend on how willing his body is to survive but with no guarantees that he's gonna live

Gemini: Do whatever it takes doctor (Gemini folds both of his hands to Satang)

Satang: He needs a good and loving environment so we'll discharge him for now but please give him his medication on time, take good care of him and don't leave him alone. We'll also send a nurse that to help you take care of him.

Perth finally wakes up but covers his neck with Satang's gown and stands behind him.

Satang: Just face Gemini yourself i don't want to be strangled on your behalf ( Satang steps away from Perth)

Perth: Gemini...I...I'm sorry..it –

Gemini was ready to give him another punch but Satang holds him back

Gemini: I don't want to see you! Don't even breath, disappear and don't even exist!!! A cute face with such an evil heart Perth if i see you again this time I'll shoot you dead in your filthy skull

Perth: (crying) plea-se Gem–

Gemini frees his hand from Satang and gives Perth a punch as Perth runs towards Fourth's room.
He gets in as Satang and Gemini follows..

Perth: Fourth brother , please help me

Satang signaled Gemini not to cause a fuse infront of Fourth..Gemini forms a fist in his hands with rage but just stands there.

Fourth: What happened Perth? Why are you hiding..and your face What happened to it

Perth: It's Ge–

Gemini: (gets close to Fourth and holds his hand) Don't worry about it we were doing some painting on his face right Satang?

Satang nods as Perth shakes his head

Fourth: auuuu you're so talented phi it looks so real! (Fourth smiles) look at the hand marks on his cheeks and the other side abit swollen..i also want to paint

Gemini: (smirks) Let's get you out of here first and I'll bring Perth to you myself so you can paint on his face over and over again till you can't do anymore paintings

Perth shakes his head and tries to protect himself behind Fourth's back.
Satang takes his gown back and Fourth notices the hand marks on Perth's neck..

Fourth: Wow phi is this your painting too? I really want to paint I'm curious on how mine will look like

Gemini: (smiles) I'm curious too but trust me painting at home will be more than fun don't you think?

Fourth: (nods excitedly) sure..Perth help me to the washroom please

Perth tries to hold Fourth but Gemini pinch his hand so hard he screams

Fourth: What's wrong Perth?

Gemini: His leg suddenly got numb so I'll help you instead..is that okay Fourth dear? (Gemini winks at Perth as he holds Fourth)

Fourth: Sure thank you so much, but hurry up please

After a while of getting the paperwork done Gemini goes out to get Fourth's drugs but tells Satang to stay with Fourth till then.

Fourth: Perth why do you think Gemini is being so nice to me all of a sudden?

Perth: I..I don't know

Fourth: But why is your mouth having blood or is it a color?

Satang: yeah right! It's a color

Fourth: Gemini really does know how to paint, it's like he's got some kind of an hidden talent he doesn't know about

(Fourth smiles as Satang force a smile back remembering how Gemini strangled him, he covers his neck)
