They were all ready to leave when doctor Satang calls Mudmee's phone and informs him that Fourth has to go for an urgent check up.

"Mudmee do you think I'm going to die sooner?" Fourth asked

"You look so healthy that can't be " Mudmee smiled

Gemini drives Fourth and Mudmee to the hospital while their luggage to Phuket packed in the car.

At the hospital Satang requests to talk to Fourth alone as Gemini waits nervously outside the room.

Fourth: What is it doc I'm i dying sooner?

Satang: I discovered alot about you but first things first, we need to operate on you for the kidney removal process

Fourth: huhh

Satang: You have to buy another kidney and it'll cost you alot of money

Fourth: i'll just die because i don't have any cents

Satang: Did you know you have some kind of supernatural powers?

Fourth: huhhhh?!!

Satang: I tested your blood Fourth and you're so lucky, if you get a new kidney then you'll survive this due to your powers.

Fourth: I still don't get it what's my power doctor?

Satang: Regenerative Healing, your powers could include the ability to heal or temporarily alleviate your cancer symptoms, gaining physical strength and vitality when you get intimate with your partner. This power would create a compelling contrast between your moments of weakness and strength.

Fourth: So that means I'll be free from cancer?

Satang: Yes once you get the money for the operation but for now you can rely on getting intimate with your partner to gain strength

Fourth: (his cheeks flushing pink) What a stupid power

Satang: I wish I had your power because it's of big help like self healing you recover quickly from injuries, wounds, illnesses apart from the cancer and also you can use your powers to heal others

Fourth: Thanks for the information doctor

Satang: I know Gemini is doing a great job you look so energetic

Fourth: (blushing) oooiii stop.

Fourth explained everything to Gemini making him so excited..

Gemini: (talking to Satang) Just schedule a date for the operation in the meantime we'll go have some fun and celebrate the good news.

He leaves with Fourth and Mudmee to Phuket. They arrive at the Kata Noi beach and Fourth admires how the sea has clear waters, he is ready to put his swimming skills into action..

They both get to have fun swimming and playing with water till Fourth got exhausted.
He sits down to watch Gemini swim but he leaves the water joining Fourth by the soft sand and together they watch the sun set as Gemini interlocks hands with Fourth, Mudmee admires them and giggles.

Fourth looked so pale again and Gemini gets worried they both eat so Fourth could gain some strength but he starts coughing out blood..

Gemini: Mudmee give him his medication

Mudmee: he just took them some two hours ago and it's not yet time

Fourth: please..Gemini take me to the hotel room now..

Gemini carries Fourth to the car and drives fast to the hotel..he gives Mudmee her room keys as he takes Fourth to their room.

Gemini: Fourth do you want to sleep?

Fourth: (coughing blood) bathroom...please

Gemini helps Fourth to the bathroom, he's getting weaker and weaker..Fourth opens the shower as water runs through him to clean off the blood, Gemini tries to help him clean his mouth on the sink.

"Fourth hang in there I'll call Satang and he'll send an ambulance in no time " Gemini was about to leave

" Pl-ease stay?...have sex with me" Fourth pleaded

"Fourth I'm scared, you're too weak for this " Gemini said

" I'm too weak because you delayed and if you keep delaying i might just die " Fourth tried to convince Gemini

Gemini quickly discarded both his and Fourth's clothes as he pinned a weak Fourth to the wall, he shoves his junk slowly inside Fourth as they both moan.

He stopped while fully inside him "Are you sure about this Fourth?" Gemini asked while panting

"Never been sure, now give it your all" Fourth responded.

Gemini needed to be sure that Fourth was relaxed as he thrust heavily inside him, Fourth moans with pleasure.
In just a minute, Fourth reached his peak and gain strength but Gemini was still in the mood.

"I want you to get better Fourth, I love you " Gemini confessed while pounding vigorously into him

Fourth moaned with so much pleasure as he clenched onto Gemini's arms "I love-you too husband, I've- always- loved you " Fourth managed to respond through the poundings.

After 4 hours of thrusting into Fourth, Gemini finally collapsed on the bed while panting heavily..Fourth smiles and kisses his forehead "Thank you love" he whispered as Gemini smiled.

"Don't thank me just yet because we're not done " Gemini responded

Fourth's face still red he burries his face on Gemini's chest " I have enough strength already, can we visit the old town tonight? I want to see the colorful street filled with sino-portuguese architecture "

"Sure my love, I can't wait to hold your hand as we walk through the street " Gemini responded.

Fourth picks up his call as Perth kept calling..

Perth: Fourth can we talk?

Fourth: Sure, are you sick Perth

Perth: please for the sake of our relationship leave my Gemini for me? I can't live without him Fourth

Fourth: huhh

Perth: I'll do anything just let my boyfriend go

Fourth: I uhmm..I think-

Gemini: (interrupts) Love what's Perth talking about just hang up and let's go

Fourth: Sorry Perth I have to go

Perth: Leave Gemini alone when I'm still asking nicely (Perth hangs up)
