AFTER SCHOOL SPECIAL

MIKAELSON MANSION

Elena wakes up in bed, she turns on her side seeing Zara sleeping beside her. She gazes at her for a moment until she leans in and peppers her face with sweet kisses.

Zara groans in her sleep

Elena: Time to get up, baby.

Zara: Five more minutes

Elena chuckles, climbing on top of her and kisses her on the neck making her moan cutely, trailing her hands across her bare back.

Elena extends her fangs and sinks them into her neck drinking her blood. Zara shuts her eyes, tiling her head to the side. Elena moans in pleasure as Zara's blood slithers down her throat.

MYSTIC FALLS HIGH

A memorial service for Carol Lockwood is underway in the gym of the high school. The students are lighting candles in glass cups as part of the service.

Liz: Carol Lockwood always said that togetherness in times of tragedy leads to healing, that one community is stronger than a thousand of its members. But how does a community stay strong after losing its leader? And Carol was so much more than a leader; she was an open-minded friend and a concerned mother, taken from us too soon by a terrible accident.

Tyler: Screw this.

Caroline: What? Tyler? Tyler?

Tyler stands up and leaves the gym. 

Liz: Please join me in observing a minute silence in her memory.

Elena has her arm over Zara's shoulder as the Mikaelson girl lays her head on her shoulder. Elena looks over to the other side of the gym and sees Rebekah. She closes her eyes and looks over again, but finds Rebekah isn't there anymore.

Zara: My love? Are you okay?

Elena: I'll be right back, okay?

Zara: Okay

Elena pecks her lips then stands up and walks away. 

HALLWAY

Zara is walking down the hallway when Rebekah appears in front of her

Zara: Rebekah? What are you doing here?

Rebekah: Sorry about this, sister but I need to know everything about the cure. I want and I am going to get it 

She snaps her sister's neck letting her body drop to the floor

Rebekah: I'm sorry but I won't let you take it from me.

LIBRARY

Zara walks into the library where Elena, Stefan and Caroline are sitting around a table

Stefan: You're wasting your time. We don't know anything.

Rebekah: So, you just gave up? I thought you would do anything to save Elena? Even if it meant taking the cure yourself, so you could grow old and die with her?

Zara and Elena both rolls their eyes

Elena: Oh for the love of God, get over it already

Caroline: Elena!

Elena: What? It's not my fault he can't handle being dumped for a girl. Whiny little bitch

Stefan looks at her shocked and hurt 

Zara: I'm mad at you, Rebekah but call Tyler here. I want him to know what Caroline's hiding from him.

Caroline's eyes widens in shock as Rebekah smirks taking her phone.
