4.2 ~ Abhira Vs Ruhi

A/N: Here is the much-awaited confrontation between Abhira and Ruhi that was not shown properly in the serial. Again, Abhira will speak only facts.

Armaan was to leave when Abhira stopped him.

"Can you wait till breakfast? You're hurt and you don't have a proper dress, please stay here. Papa, please don't send him."

"Okay. I'll get ready for my duty."

"Okay Papa, I'll make the breakfast ready. Help Armaan."

"Abhira I can-"

"No. Take his help."

Armaan sighs and goes with Madhav and Abhira prepares breakfast and lunch for Madhav. 

As both are seated at the dining table, Abhira brings the breakfast and also the packed lunch for Madhav.

"Abhira, you freshen up and come. We will wait."

"No Papa, it is already 9 AM. You eat and go for your duty."

"You, Armaan?"

"I'll wait for Abhira, Papa. You eat and get ready."

Madhav nods and starts eating his breakfast. He bid a bye to both Armaan and Abhira and leaves.

Abhira and Armaan finish breakfast and she goes to the market to buy some shirts and pants that match Armaan. 

They go to the hospital and the doctor assesses Armaan's wound and restitches the wound again, praising Abhira for quick thinking. 

Both of them return, only to see Vidya standing there. The 3 go inside and sit down to talk.

"Maa? What happened? Please take a seat."

Vidya smiles at Abhira and Armaan and sits on the couch.

"Is he hurt, Abhira?"

"Yes, a gash."

"Oh my god!"

"No need to worry, Maa. The doctor said that he is fine, but the gash needed stitches and has given him painkillers too."

"Where is Madhav Ji?"

"He left for duty around an hour ago. Why Maa?"

"I know, I am wrong, but I want my husband back, Abhira. I've lived half of my life as the Jethani of Poddar House, but I was never a good wife to Madhav Ji. And now, I've realised my mistake, and I want to rectify that."

"Understandable, Maa. Papa also wants to return, but because some of them hate me, he fears that I would be left alone, and those people would ruin my life again, which he doesn't want to happen. Already he is pissed with Phupha sa about him making sure that every law firm does not take me in and also lying about-" Abhira stops, as she realises that they don't know the entire truth.

"Lying about what, Abhira? Tell me."

"Uhh, lying about his accident after he got to know that Phupha sa made a fabricated annulment verdict-"

"What? Madhav Ji met with an accident?"

"Yes. He was injured and only Phupha sa knew. Maybe Bua sa might've known too. Maa, please don't reveal this to anyone."

"Why, Abhira? Everyone deserves-"

"I know, Maa. But I am saying this. Chachi, Chacha, and chorus gang would believe me. But what about Daadisa, Phupha sa and Bua sa? They wouldn't and would say that I am falsely accusing him. Also, Papa wants to confront Phuphasa, Maa. He has a lot more things to say to him."
