As Ruhi played the video of Abhira eating, everyone saw that Abhira was not fully conscious while eating, which shocked them.

But for Vidya, it was just a means to put down Abhira and taunt her saas, Kaveri.

"Yeh hai aapki khaas bahu, Maasa? Armaan ke liye wrat nhi rakh paayi yeh. Aur Armaan, tujhe aaj bhi lagta hai ki yeh tumse pyaar karti hai?"

Vidya just grinned but was about to continue when Abhira got a call from the doctor. Smiling, she put it on speaker.

"Abhira! Congratulations! Your blood reports and ultrasound has come back, and the result is, you're pregnant!"

Those words stunned everyone. Abhira was shocked, Armaan was surprised, Ruhi and Vidya made faces as again they couldn't trample Abhira.

"What about the ultrasound?"

"You and Armaan are going to be blessed with TWINS. Congratulations once again." The doctor said.

Vidya and Ruhi were shocked, Armaan and Abhira smiled at each other. An extremely happy Kaveri bounced up from the chair, went and hugged Armaan and Abhira, unable to contain her happiness.

As she was warding off the evil eyes, Abhira asked, "For how many months, doctor?"

"4 months. You fainted on the night of your Sangeet, right? I sent the report the very next day, right?"

"But, doctor, those reports said that I won't be able to conceive due to heart issues?"

"Oh right. You had asked about that earlier at the hospital, just wait for 2 minutes."

Abhira said yes and cut the call.

"Aaj tum dono ne mujhe duniya ki saari khushiyaan di hai. Ladki, Armaan, badhai ho!"

Kaveri although limped, she was excited and did the aarti of Abhira and Armaan.

Abhira's phone rang again, and she put it on speaker.

"Yes, doctor? What happened?"

"We found out who changed your reports."

"Oh, what happened?"

"My assistant's friend who runs and verifies the tests was bribed with treatment money, so she changed the report. The girl confessed."

As Abhira asked, "Who bribed her?", her eyes went towards Ruhi.

"Jo naam mai bolne waali hun, tumhe sunke accha nhi lagega."

"Jo bhi naam hai, boliye. Mai uska nipat lungi baad mein."

"Mrs Ruhi Poddar. She bribed the technician to change the reports. CCTV footage hai, she gave her the cash notes, which is in the police's possession."

Ruhi went pale, Rohit was shocked, Kaveri glared at Ruhi, Vidya was angry that people believed such things about her, Armaan and Abhira were just ticking bombs.

"Thank you for being honest, Doctor. I will come for a check up tomorrow."

"Sure, we need to check your head too. It hit a rock, and you're pregnant, just to keep you and the babies safe, we need to check."

"Also, Abhira, Ruhi checked her progress a couple of days back, and the results are out. Unfortunately, the 'baby' she is carrying is nothing but a malignant tumour. She has Grade IV Endometrial cancer. The report will come by tomorrow."
