Rose waited as Lila retrieved the briefcase inside the academy. She turned when she heard flapping and saw the crow that Lila produced. It placed the briefcase down, next to Rose as it flew into Lila's back.
She gasped and laughed softly as Rose patted her back, "You alright?"
"Yes!" She responded as Rose grabbed the briefcase and handed it to her, which she immediately took and hugged as she laughed, pleased.
"Let's hope this works." Rose said.
"Of course it will!"

Landon turned to his right and saw Jude still sleeping. They had watched movies all day and the young boy grew tired, but Landon didn't mind. He placed the covers over him, grabbing the keys, and left the room, closing the door behind him as he headed down to the lobby.
He joined up with Diego, Allison and Viktor as he sat with them in the booth. Diego started to talk about Lila as Landon and Viktor were unamused, taking sips of their drinks.
"What are you mumbling about?" Allison asked.
"Lila." Diego answered, "Dumping Stan on me after all these years? I mean, that's not right."
Landon and Viktor shared a glance and scoffed, "Hey, man. If you did the deed, don't blame her for the consequences." Viktor said.
Landon hummed in agreeance, taking a swing.
"That's not the point."
"Oh, what's the point?"
"He's cramping my style." Diego told them.
Landon raised an eyebrow at his brother, "I need to be able to react to danger on a moment's notice." As Diego spoke, Landon took a glance at Allison, and he watched as she downed the shot. "How am I to do that when I'm playing wet nurse to a twelve-year-old?"
Viktor sat up, "You're his dad!"
"Alleged dad."
Landon sighed, "Really? You're still going with that answer?"
"Well, at least you have a kid." Allison spoke up as she got up and walked off as they watched her, solemnly.
Lilith, Klaus and Five walked into the hotel as she spotted her family, grabbing Five's hand. "Over there."
