The Umbrella's and remaining members of Sparrow academy made it back to Hotel Obsidian as they sat around in silence. Five and Lilith were against the railing as they were quiet, filled with disappointment that the plan fell through.
"So, how is it that we're still here, but the whole of the universe is going down the cosmic shitter?" Allison asked.
They stayed moment until Viktor spoke up, "Maybe we're the last to get flushed."
"Wasn't talking to you."
Landon rolled his eyes as he leaned against Rose's chair since he was on the floor. "Hey, has anyone seen Klaus?" Luther asked.
"Or dad?" Sloane added.
"They'll be here."
"Really? Did they--hit traffic?" Ben sarcastically asked. "Look, people, we're alive because we're special, right? We're the only ones who can save the universe."
Lilith sighed as she turned back looking at the family, as Allison held her hand up slightly. "Uh, question."
"Yes."
"Didn't we just try that and fail miserably?"
"Yeah, well, it's because his plan was stupid." Diego spoke up as he stepped up, "I got a better one."
"Oh jeez." Lilith mumbled.
"We go with the large hard-on particle accelerator." Lilith immediately covered her mouth since he pronounced it wrong. "You guys do some science, and-" he clicked his tongue, making a swinging gesture with his hands. "We launch the Kugelblitz into outer space."
Landon looked at his brother confused as Rose and Lila shared a look. "Didn't think I knew that, did ya?" He turned to Lilith, "I know things."
All she could do was nod.
"It's in Switzerland."
"It's 'hadron'," Ben corrected, "not 'hard-on', ya moron!"
Diego scoffed as he turned to Lilith, making sure that Ben was wrong. All she did was give him a reassuring smile with a small shrug.
"Oi! At least he's trying, you shitty little squid." Lila defended, "What have you contributed?"
"Besides your little comments that we don't need." Landon answered as Lila patted his back, thanking him for siding with her.
"Actually, he did blow up half his family." Rose brought up as Diego nodded, "Exactly!"
"Oh, you wanna talk about family problems?" Ben asked, glancing around before stepping forward towards Diego, "You know what should have blown up is your face on that neck!"
