I am writing this chapter purely to make two important points/ announcements:

So here we go,

1. Starting with the most pressing one, the 'multi-couple romance' genre. I know this book is not like what one expects from a multicouple genre, at least from the few I have read I'm concluding this.

Honestly, I saw the potential with the multi-couple genre and grabbed it. Addressing the romance part, this book, as I said, has focused majorly on mystery since the start. It has that back and forth between one mystery to another, and it is frustrating, to put it lightly.

I know, guys, I know.

But that's the real fun, and I love the mind fuck it brings with it, at least as an author. Juggling so many plots, subplots, and characters is a testament to my skills, especially as a first-time writer with hardly any literary background academically. It was a challenge, and I enjoyed exploring it.

After considering the criticisms-which I loved, by the way, because I want people to speak their opinions, of course politely, and you all did, which helps to keep things in perspective for me.

It's all about growth, baby!

So, concluding this point, I wanted to tell you that because I know you all are confused about when the couples are behaving like actual couples. Do not expect hardcore romance, smut, or erotica, or in Hridhaan's words, 'door banging' in this book.

Keyword: in this book.

Let me give you a fact check: this book will come to an end in around 5-6 heavy chapters, with obviously, plot twists (which I know I overdo, but I hope you like those and I'm not sorry).

And how do we proceed next? Well, that brings me to the second point.

2. There's a Book Two! *Confetti*

Yes, you heard it right. I had planned the plot since day one, so I knew exactly where it was going, at least how it's ending.

And this story is a duology:

#1 Echoes of Destiny
#2 Echoes of Fate

(I don't even know where to begin explaining the second book, because it's a completely different setting, and the actual romance or mature content I mentioned earlier-this book has it all, and of course, mysteries and plot twists. All in all, it'll be darker, better, thicker with plot.)

Although I did announce the name of the book, it's still a bit incomplete by one word, and that word is the plot twist of this first book.

I am planning on finishing book 1 in two weeks max. If there's a delay, it won't be by much.

And don't worry, the plot of book 1 will be dealt with in book 1 itself. I won't drag the 'confession' or truth to book two.

Book two is more about the aftermath and bigger picture.

And if you are curious about book 2, its date, or update schedule, you'll have to wait until this book ends to know that.

So that's it.

So, I'd say again, if you think there's a plot hole (which is rare because there's a 99% chance it's intentional, but that 1%) then do point it out.
