Good time, bad time| MHA x Y/n story

Chapter 14

"Heya." Y/n walked up to them.

"Y/n! Are you feeling better?" Uraraka was quick to greet them.

"A lot better. My injuries weren't too bad." They turned to Midoriya. "Midoriya, nothing too bad happened to ya, right?"

"Recovery girl healed most of them so I'm fine." Midoriya replied with a smile.

"Another thing," Y/n continued, "there was something I wanted to ask you but I can't remember what it was. It probably wasn't important but I'll ask if I remember."

"Okay?" Midoriya was, rightfully, confused, but didn't think much of it.

When homeroom started, Aizawa started talking about an upcoming sports festival. Y/n barely listened. The rest of the day went as normal. There was a class 1-B student that started insulting the class but another 1-B student took care of it & Y/n made sure to text their brother that they found someone else that reminded them of him, but it was mostly normal.

That is until it got weird.

At the end of the school day, when everyone was about to leave, they found that a ton of students had gathered at the door.

Bakugou clearly wasn't having it as he shoved his way through the crowd. However, Y/n was too lazy to go with that option. They'd rather just use a shortcut & go straight home. They were feeling generous though, & kinda wanted to help someone else too. The problem was they could only take one person with them when they shortcut, & it took too much energy to do multiple shortcuts in one sitting.

They just had to take one person then.

Midoriya would probably benifit from figuring this out on his own, same with Uraraka, Iida probably would figure it out on his own, & he hadn't really talked to anyone else in the class. He considered taking Mineta for a moment, but decided against it because that would mean taking Kaminari too (they were too lazy for that), plus the fact that Mineta was a pervert.

His mind went to Tokoyami. His mysteriousness reminded him of... they didn't really know... Napstablook? Maybe it was a Deltarune character he reminded them of. They weren't entirely sure.

They decided they'd take Tokoyami.

They walked over to him & greeted him with their usual "Heya." & successfully getting his attention.

"Ah, Y/n. Is there anything you need?"

"I'm just feeling generous today." Y/n didn't really know why they were being so vague. Tokoyami raised an eyebrow. "C'mon, don't be like that, I'm offering to get you out of this room quickly."

"You're going to use your quirk?"

"Yep."

"Won't you get in trouble for that?"

"I don't see any other way to get outta here faster. Plus, no teachers are nearby at the moment so it's fine."

Tokoyami eventually agreed & they took him to outside of campus using a shortcut. They made sure to get his number too, something told them they'd need it later but they were probably only going to use it to send memes to him.

Looks like Y/n made another friend.
