The music lesson

In the movie, Lady Tremaine teaches Drizella and Anastasia's music lesson. 

Originally, their music teacher was a guy named Professor Lefoof who would get peeved when the animals made noises. 

I personally think it would have been a mistake to squeeze in a character like that on the side, so deleting him was the right decision.
