Lady Crawford

Walt always had a way with describing what kind of animation he wanted. 

So when it came time to animate Lady Tremaine, he knew exactly what he wanted.

He had Frank Thomas animate Lady Tremaine and portray her as "Joan Crawford" gone mad. 

Any fans of Joan Crawford may find that amusing. It actually made sense to my mother. 

Frank animated Tremaine so well, Walt had him animate the villains following her. The Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland and Captain Hook in Peter Pan.
