The prince with no character.

Much like in Snow White, a frequent complaint is that Prince Charming has too little screen time and no character development. 

All of that is true, but he has the same story as the prince in Snow White. 

He was supposed to be a much bigger character, but tons of his scenes were scrapped. 

This time, it's not mentioned why. They should have known how to animate men better by now.
