Chapter 12

Today's a new day. It's calm and quiet, which is a bit odd but whatever.

I get up and look in the mirror. I try and tame my curly-wavy brown hair into a bun, as best I could.

I walk onto the cold marble floor that is the bathroom floor, which is in my room, and regret not getting my slippers.

I discard that regret as soon as I feel the plush carpet hit my feet. I grab my brush, toothpaste and face wash and leave that on counter as I quickly remove my pajamas and hop in the shower with all my morning care, too.

I quickly got out of the bathroom and got dressed into a lace, spaghetti strap with a flower print skirt and brown leather boots. I tried to untangle my hair but that didn't really work out. So, I put moose in my hair with a styling gel and hair spray and prayed it would stay curly and not look like I'm auditioning for the part of Mufasa in The Lion King. I looked in my full length mirror and felt something was missing. I looked around and put on a gold bracelet, and to match a my outfit, a pink flower earring and a flower crown. As I'm about to leave my room, I hear yelling.

"What the hell, Luke?!" "What?!"

I furrowed my eyebrows and walked a little closer to the door and pressed my ear against it.

"Why did you drink my chocolate milk?!" "I didn't drink it, Calum." "Then who did?!" "I don't know."

I rolled my eyes and left my room half way and grabbed my phone, purse and small perfume. I heard a ding signifying that I got a text. I saw Pamela leaving her room and she was wearing a blue back strap floral print crop with high waisted shorts and silver sandals. Her curly light brown hair was straighten with a half up - half down and a black clip bow to hold it in place.

Walked downstairs seeing Luke and Michael on the couch watching Power Rangers and eating pepperoni pizza, wrapped in blankets looking like a potatoes. Dad was chasing Ashton around the house screaming "why did you drink my chocolate milk?!" and Ashton replying "It was delicious!!"

I checked my phone and unlocked it, seeing who text me. My heart rate quickens when I see who it was from. Cameron.
