Within the bustling Plaza, a portal shows up, and from it, Silver and Y/N show up.
Silver: Phew, we're back!
Y/N: So, Silver! What did we learn about slamming your friends into walls when you both have a minor disagreement over who caused your future to end up being a fiery disaster?
Silver: Uh...uh........uhhhh....
Y/N facepalms, before noticing Ibly's awake.
Y/N: Oh, cool! Did you sleep well?
Y/N quickly notices someone rushing at him at full speed.
Y/N: Huh, who's that purple cat running at us at full speed-
Y/N is interrupted by Blaze, who hugs him tightly.
Blaze: You're finally back!
Y/N: Blaze? I did not take you for the hugger type!
Blaze immediately realizes what she's doing, and immediately returns to her calm and stern demeanor.
Blaze: So...you three came out from a portal...wanna explain that?
Silver: Oh, we went to the past and discovered some things.
Y/N: For starters, Silver was wrong.
Silver: WILL YOU SHUT UP?! Anyways, it turns out that Sonic the Hedgehog, the blue hedgehog we've been believing to be the Iblis Trigger, isn't the Iblis Trigger.
Blaze: Really? Then who could it be...
Y/N: I'm betting it's Eggman, he's the guy who Sonic really hates, and I'm pretty sure he's kidnapped Elise one too many times.
Blaze: Speaking of him, it turns out he got Elise to come with him when he threatened the city.
Y/N: Again? I guess we need to help Sonic with it, right?
Blaze: You're right. Let's not waste any time.
Y/N: Ri-Huh?
Y/N notices Ibly tugging on his arm.
Y/N: Huh? What's up Ibly?
Ibly immediately jumps into Y/N's arms, seemingly wanting to be carried bridal style.
Y/N: Again? Ah well, you're lucky you're adorable.
Blaze glares at Ibly with jealousy.
Silver: Blaze? You alright?
Blaze: Wh-hu-huh? Yeah, I'm fine. Let's hurry.
Silver: Right!
—Kingdom Valley—
Sonic: Man, first I save Elise, then she gets kidnapped, then I save her again, and then she gets kidnapped again? What is this, Super Ma-
Sonic is stopped by a bunch of robots showing up in front of him.
Sonic: Oh great, more of the-
Suddenly, the robots get surrounded by a blue aura, before Silver shows up, and flings them all away.
Silver: You look like you're in a hurry.
Y/N: Sonic!
Sonic: Y/N! Been a bit!
Sonic and Y/N share a quick high-five, before he speaks back to Silver.
Sonic: So, are you gonna try and kill me again?
Silver appears to hesitate on his answer, and just when he's about to answer, Blaze finishes his sentence.
Blaze: Circumstances have changed.
