These are the notes I took about this story, and which I use to write the rest. So it's a bit messy and again I tried to make it readable.

Cale doesn't really have control when he uses it, but can have some control when he is filled with strong emotion. (Anger for example as in the story.) He can then control the scene as if he had a remote control and even choose the scene.
Consequences or effects: If more than twice a day or with longer periods, nosebleed, exhaustion to the point of fainting. He will be impacted by the scene, feelings recover. And ***** (Added after the next chapter.)
Vision past/future or possible future. A future that has already changed cannot be seen, for example the meeting of Cale original and Choi han. It's no longer a possible past just words in a book.
Impact of past visions on the future or present, "butterfly effect". But ****(info to be added later)
A place or bubble of protection in each vision where people in the vision will not be able to see or hear them. Leaving this area will allow you to interact with the vision.
If he has no control at the moment Cale can only wait for the scene to end or for him to fall from exhaustion.
People caught in visions are random most of the time. It can be seen only by Cale or by people or around him.
