It was a strange feeling, they could feel that their memories were changed or modified they didn't really know. After regaining their memory Ron helped Cale get up, Choi han and Beacrox went to take care of the black dragon.

The collar was removed from his neck and Choi han gave him the healing potions from the bag he was holding instead.

Cale motioned for Ron to approach him, he still had to talk to the child and well he tried. His body fell unconscious after two steps in the butler's arms.

"Young master!" Ron shouted in spite of himself but he was worried for his young master, what effect what he just did will have on him.

Everyone turned to the butlers at his screams noting the unconscious state of the young master. Beacrox joined his father to help him lay Cale on the ground to check him. Choi han looked at Cale but he first looked at the dragon, he wished him luck before moving away too and joining Cale. The dragon looked at these strange humans, he was intrigued. He didn't know that humans could be kind and they seemed worried about another human. Having only known the pain of them, he became attentive to this new side especially since these humans had saved him.

Everyone decided that it was time for them to return to the inn. Choi han said goodbye to the dragon one last time before joining the others.

The little dragon didn't really know what he should do now, he had waited for this freedom for so long and now he was lost. What should he do? AND more importantly where should he go? He didn't know anything except this dark cave. He decided that he had to first start learning a little about the world around him by starting to follow these humans. The only ones who hadn't hurt him, they could still be useful to him after all and he was curious to know why the human who had saved him had collapsed earlier, he didn't seem to be hurt. He made himself invisible to follow them better.

Choi Han like Ron and Beacrox seemed vaguely aware that someone was following them but as their pursuer didn't seem hostile, they didn't do anything it could only be the dragon after all.

They quickly went back up to Cale's room through one of the open windows, he had to be discreet after all.

Ron who had been carrying Cale since the beginning put him on his bed and checked him once more.

"How is he?" Choi Han asked with his eyes fixed on Cale.

"I don't see anything different from usual, not even blood maybe he's just exhausted like the other times." Ron hoped in any case that was it, he couldn't be sure.

"But shouldn't we leave soon so as not to be late? And we don't know when he'll wake up and his condition." Beacrox asked his father.

"It's not a problem, I'll inform young master Basen of what happened and we'll see what we do at that time and maybe he'll wake up before. For now let him rest and I'll take care of him." Ron sent him away, leaving him alone with Cale and an invisible dragon.

Ron stayed with Cale until the next morning, Beacrox brought them a meal when it was almost noon.

"We're ready to leave in 1 or 2 hours." Beacrox informed his father. He tried to delay the departure but his efforts were unsuccessful.

"I don't think I have a choice but to inform young master Basen of his condition, he alone could decide whether to leave or not." Ron approached the door to leave

"Well, I'll stay here." Beacrox decided to watch the young master until his father returned.

Ron knocked on the door of the young master Basen, he was quickly allowed to enter.

"Hello, is there a problem?" Basen immediately asked, he couldn't think of many reasons for his brother's personal butler to come see him.

"Unfortunately yes, young master Cale fainted last night and hasn't woken up yet."

Basen became worried right away, this reassured the old man in a way.

"Is he sick? What happened?"

"No, it's like what happened in the carriage instead." Ron didn't tell the young master the whole truth, he couldn't really do it after all.

"I see can he continue the journey? Or should we stay here a little longer?" He asked the butler for advice, he knew Cale best after all.

"I think it would be best to continue, I think the young master would have preferred it. Besides, it is necessary that at least one Henituse heir be present at the royal banquet." It was just an excuse as he didn't care about the Henituse's face in front of the king, but they still had important things to do your things to do at the capital they couldn't be late.

"Well I understand, we will leave as planned." Basen wasn't sure if this was really a good idea, the news of his unconscious brother would quickly spread among the staff then among the nobles then to the count. Something about this bothered him, his father had a strange behavior with his brother. It often made him uncomfortable but it was not his place to say something.. at least not at the moment.

"Take care of him in the meantime and if you need anything do not hesitate to ask the staff. Say that you are acting on my behalf."

Ron left after promising the young master that he would and thanking him.

The hour passed quickly all the way was ready to leave. Only the young master Cale was missing as always. Even with the presence of the young master Basen, the young master Cale could not behave properly. The knights were sullen like the staff. They all forgot that the young master seemed sick a few days ago on top of not having seen him since they arrived at the inn, it is much easier to hate Cale henituse than to think properly about the situation in front of them.
