"I think it would be necessary to stop for the night. " No one said anything to young master Basen's words, they of course agreed.
Ron went out to inform everyone of Young Master Basen's decision, without telling them that the situation concerned Young Master Cale. He knew full well that some people would have things to say about him, thinking that the young man was deliberately disrupting the trip with his behavior, the atmosphere would become tense.
Ron and Beacrox took turns caring for Cale in addition to the camp.
As planned the next day, they left again. Cale was better and felt good the only downside was the unpredictable side of his power both in terms of how it was triggered and the side effects. It was really annoying, he wondered what was going to happen to him again.
The rest of the trip went well, Cale and Basen were now talking. Basen had a lot of questions and after the shock he had experienced Cale thought his brother had the right to ask him anything. This also allowed the two young masters to become closer, neither of them were unhappy about this.
Well that almost went well, they had to come across Stan and the worst in the family. The young master Vénion Stan, who was now watching his butler arguing with Choi han after an incident with a villager. The young master's carriage almost ran over the poor man so Choi Han intervened to save him. But this created a conflict because they had obstructed the passage of a noble... it was a completely ridiculous story in Cale's opinion. But he still ended up being dragged there, he and his brother were now confronted by the young master Vénion.
Well rather Basen, Cale had lost the thread of the conversation after seeing a blood stain on the young master's clothes. A phantom pain shook his body and it did not go unnoticed by the people close to Cale.
Ron, Choi han and Basen who knew what scene appeared in the carriage with Cale and Basen could understand Cale's discomfort.
Basen quickly cut the conversation short, he wanted to get Cale away from there but he had to respect noble proprieties.
Once they were back in the carriage, Cale asked to take a break at the nearest inn. He always felt sick thinking about blood... He needed to talk to Ron, Choi han and Beacrox as soon as possible. He couldn't think of leaving a child under the thumb of this violent man. It went against everything he did principles of life.
They quickly found an inn, which was owned by the man Choi Han had saved earlier. The man thanked him graciously by offering them the best room he could despite the rather average location.
Cale quickly excused himself to go to his room, everyone had also learned that it was young master Cale who was sick and not young master Basen. That's why no one found it strange that Choi Han and Ron helped the young master up to his room.
Once rid of all the hustle and bustle Cale was finally able to relax away from almost everyone.
"Are you well, young master?" Ron asked and judging by Choi Han's expression, he wished he could ask the same thing.
Cale didn't respond but asked something else instead.
"Do you have blood on young master Venion?"
Both of them nodded with grim expressions.
"I can't ignore this but I'm going to need help."
Neither of them refused, on the contrary, Ron even brought his son back into the conversation.
The four of them plus the information Cale had from the book, they were able to free the dragon without any trouble, the only problem was...
Cale looked at the small form in front of him, despite his fierce gaze he looked like a hurt and angry child exactly what he was outside of his dragon form.
Ron looked at the dragon in front of them and Cale knew what he was going to say before he even did it.
"He wears a mana restriction collar. We will not be able to remove it without an appropriate tool."
Obviously he knew it but so much had happened since he was in this world that he couldn't process all the information he had, he now remembered that this was specified in the book.
He felt stupid and angry, it was his job on earth to think of all the possibilities and actions with the information he had, it was his mistake.
He raised a hand to his face and sighed heavily. He's going to let a child suffer because of a stupid mistake in addition to endangering the people who helped him with the possibility of an angry dragon.
Of course everyone quickly noticed the strange and sullen mood of the young master, well except the dragon who still didn't move.
Choi han approached Cale to place a hand on his shoulder. "Is there a problem?"
Cale sighed once more before speaking. "I knew it, I... saw it... I'm sorry." It didn't take them long to figure out the problem.
"It doesn't matter, young master, we can help him while we wait to find a solution for the necklace." Ron suggested, it's going to be difficult to hide even a young dragon but they were going to try.
Cale didn't expect it but no one scolded him for his mistake but instead they tried to help him.
The two nodded at the butler's words, of course they were going to help too. They could not blame the young master for anything, obviously everyone had a glimpse of the young master's visions and especially the effects on themselves. It's normal not to blame him for not remembering everything.
Cale tried to think about what he could have done, he could have obtained a magic item from Billot in Henituse territory. But in the novel Choi han met the merchant in Henituse for the first time then in the capital but this is only due to his first meeting with Choi han. So he won't be there this time in the capital and they couldn't turn around and had no way of finding other things.
He suddenly had an idea, he remembered seeing a lot of films on earth on the subject... but it was so cliché.
