It was finally lunchtime. As me and Shidou entered the cafeteria, I was quick to notice the whole group sitting at a table. Bachira looked towards us, "Y/N!!" he said as he stood up smiling and waving at us. I saw Rin sitting next to Chigiri. Shidou and I walked up to them, "Hey guys!"

"Oh my god, y/n you're so pretty." some black haired guy said with his mouth dropped to the ground.

"Wait, are you Isagi?" I wasn't sure if it was him but from what I remember it definitely was him. His dark blue eyes stared at me up and down, "Wow, Kunigami didn't lie when he said you were way prettier in real life." he said quietly. My face became warm from the words he just said. Kunigami elbow nudges him, "Damn right I didn't," He says with a smirk.

"Y/n, come sit beside me, you won't regret it." Isagi says with his lips perked up. I decided to agree, making my way near Isagi. He was at the end of the table near Kunigami and Rin. Isagi moved over, making a gap between him and Kunigami. I sat myself down in between the both of them, it felt almost awkward. They were two people who were in VERY good shape, sitting between them felt like I was trapped between boulders.

I didn't really know what to say to everyone, it felt like I was getting interviewed by each and every one of them. It was fun to talk to them though, they all acted like themselves on text. "Yo! y/n my demon said he likes you!" Bachira claims excitedly. "Your what..?" I say trying to hide my laugh. "Just ignore him," Isagi states. "He's convinced there's a monster inside of him, hopefully you don't support his delusions." He says with a slight chuckle.

I chuckle back, I felt comfortable with these people already.

"Soo y/n," Isagi said, wrapping his arm around me. His hand rested just above my chest. His hand was almost as big as my face, jesus.

"I heard from Shidou, you're one of the soccer assistants after school today?" Isagi asked. "Yeah I am! I volunteer every Monday and Thursdays, I'm usually taking care of injuries and stuff so maybe that's why you guys don't see me often." I answered, I wonder if Isagi feels my chest pumping, his touch made me nervous.

"You should come watch us practice." Kunigami said. "I'll do super special tricks for you y/n!" Bachira said excitedly. "I hope you take good care of us." Chigiri exclaims from across the table.

"Okay, I'll try and watch! I'm tutoring Rin anyways." I say, looking at the silent guy across from me. Rin doesn't talk much around his friends huh?

"Even the genius prodigy Rin needs tutoring? Can I come with you guys?" Isagi asked, smirking at Rin who still hasn't said a word. "If you're struggling with anything, of course. Rin wouldn't mind right?" I say looking at him, urging him to speak.

Rin doesn't speak. But what caught me out of focus was his facial expression. He was always silent but this time it feels different, it was as if he seemed angry?

"Rin are you good?" Chigiri asks him, waving his hand in front of his face. A sigh came out of his mouth. It was silent until he spoke up, "I'm fine."

"Cheer up dude! Y/n's here, don't act like a bum!" Bachira tells Rin.

Did I do something wrong? Why was he even acting like this? I'm not sure if it was me, was it Isagi? Was it me inviting Isagi? Just what was it..? Should I ask him and try to cheer him up? I'm worried.. but maybe I'll just stay quiet. I don't think I should budge in his business.

"Hey guys! Sorry we're late, there was a huge line up at the vending machines!" A voice called out. I looked over to my right, seeing three figures approach the table. It was Reo! His friends were beside him too. They all greeted each other but all I could really focus on was Rin.

There was an awkward silence for a bit, with all of us looking at each other. I was debating if I should say anything to help the awkwardness, "So- CRUNCH. What the fuck? I turn around.

It was Nagi who was currently crunching loudly on some chips. "Bro guys, Reo got chips for Nagi and not even me, this is so stupid." The 4 eyed guy said, pushing his glasses up. Surprisingly, I thought Zantetsu would be the tallest between those 2, but it seems like Nagi is taller by an inch from both of them. "Sorry, you can get them yourself. I really don't mind getting anything for Nagi though." Reo replies.

"Come sit guys!" Isagi says, finally letting go of me. Nagi was just there munching on his chips silently while playing video games on his phone. "So what did we miss before we got here?" Reo asks. "Oh we were just-" "All you've missed was y/n and Isagi absolutely dick riding each other." Rin states with no emotion in him whatsoever. Why is he acting like this? "Rin, chill out now..!" Bachira awkwardly says. "I'm just saying the truth." he says with his arms crossed

"Rin! Dude! Admit your ass is jealous!" Shidou says welcoming himself in the conversation. Do they even realize that I'm sitting with them? Just then, Rin quickly stands up, "Fuck this, Im gonna go outside." he says before walking away. "What's up with him?" Nagi says while playing his video game on his phone.

"For the love of God.." Shidou says, quickly getting up from the table, excusing himself.

As Rin was walking he heard footsteps other than his own, following behind him. He stops. "What the hell do you want, asshole."

"I didn't think you'd notice me following you." Shidou chuckles. "Well emo Rin why are you acti-" Shidou gets cut off by Rin grabbing him by his shirt. "Listen here fucker."
